    1) I would go for high carbs only on weak body parts day(s) without reducing fat.
    2) protein dosage is really indvidual but 250 to 330 would be my range for you

    Best option is to wait and try to clean a little during cruising phase.
    But reducing calories is not a problem as long as you stay away from deficit phase

    So just with Coffe and manage the sodium and potassium balance you don’t need to use diuretics. Thats impressive.

    Hi Hyacine, been blasting n crusing the past 1yr and at 49yo do u think there is still chance to be back to normal with a PCT? or shld i just cruise.

    Question about pinning frequency during off season. Do you prefer to keep frequent injection (eod or e3d) instead of 2x/weeks even with long esthers like test e, primo or tren e.
