Not the easiest machine to get in and out of and with the weight you move on that thing, did you manage to get out of the machine alright or did you have people spotting as well?

Are you using 3.6 as you are using 36iu pens? What growth are you using currently? Did you not have some of the black tops coming the overdosed 18iu ones?

It’s defo all water , but if you stick with it a full offseaon, it seems to stretch your gut and it doesn’t come back the same , we see this in literally everyone that has pushed pushed ever
I don’t touch my t3/t4 , just steps/cals
So with that in mind if you could go back to peak pushing with insulin and GH specifically, do you think you would have used those in significantly smaller amounts / potentially not at all?

Im not sure how much I will push that all as I do feel it in my midsection , irs just like a pressure in my gut that isn’t there when I don’t use it all and just tick along on my low dose gh , but i will pay attention to what is what
Do you think a lot of this is just water in the mid section, I just dropped into a health phase and prior to this was running pretty high HGH and Insulin pre and post and was finding it hard to tie my shoes as breathing felt laboured bent over etc, but 2 weeks with that all out and HGH at lower dose.. i can vacuum again and breathing is not an issue at all.
One thing I wanted to ask, during your tidy up phases, the mini cuts, are you using T3/T4 in different amounts, or any fat burners etc during this period or just increase of steps and reduction in cals

I’d just been googling for it privately but when I spoke to a few places that was the response I got. I have got private medical with bupa.
From what you guys have said I just need to speak to a private GP first and then get them to refer me on for the scan where as I’d just been calling the places that provide the scans directly, which is probably the issue.

Apologies if you have covered this – I did look back to see if it had been answered already. What is the reasoning behind using the bands for the tricep pushdown – just saw it in the most recent video and was interested into why you are doing this instead of using a cable stack etc?

What would you say the main differences in approach / things you have learnt between 2018 and now have been?
Obviously your knowledge of programming, frequency and just bodybuilding in general is second to none and albeit not applicable to most of us, always good to read and listen, try things and see what works.
Also I am stepping on stage next year so if you can let me know what show you are doing so I know which one not to… that would be appreciated haha

Just a question on Solidifying, I get the concept just curious on how that would go cause if you get into a deficit youll drop down and if in surplus weight will go up. So I assume solidifying would be at maintenance food and make changes to PEDs and activity?

Couple of lbs up and still pretty flat today so another high day going in – posed for meg and still pretty empty so running similar set up today and leg day – lowered clen and steps kept minimal – pics tomorrow and we take it from there, visually a lot harder in areas today too especially my glutes so I’m excited for this week when we get back to work. 6 weeks out yesteday and time is flying so cannot wait to smash the rest of this prep, so far it has been incredible.
Can’t wait for legs later.

The reason is explained on his latest youtube video by Oscar, I believe its because he needs more glute bias so has removed it in preference for glute drive!

Sleep is king, losing 90 minutes of sleep for cardio would see worse fat loss
Would you say this is applicable to anyone, even someone who is carrying a lot of bodyfat like 20%+ curious whether clients would be better sleeping and just increasing steps if they are working 12hours+ a day whilst trying to reduce bodyfat?

Possibly a question I am going to answer myself in the process of writing it, but, alas… lol… When dieting, do you feel fasted cardio is essential? So currently I am taking my bodyweight down solely to start a decent off season (probably going to message you to sign up for this bit, providing you have space) but currently dropped 20lbs with just adjustment of diet and steps. If I want to speed this process up should I throw in some stairmaster first thing before work or just keep doing what I’m doing?
I would stick to what you are doing and manipulate steps, most guys who train hard enough and have a decent amount of muscle don’t need cardio – cardio is a poor tool for fat loss imo it’s great for hearth health in offseason but other than that… trash[/quote]

Is there a particular reason you take metformin pre bed? I’ve always just taken in am with supps, just curious if there is a reason why.
