All is great , im very happy , sitting at 288 , I don’t look fat , nothing to do aside from keep going . The temptation to compete in October is still real haha! But I also know if I hold off and solidify this all and get as heavy as I can over next 6 months , I can be much better in march. Watching the lad that won at the weekend , who had an incredible top line from the front – like WOW , but imo was very weak from behind and light in the legs, made me so so tempted as I can defo battle with that standard because of the rear shots , I will see how the next 6 weeks go
No one is coming close to the density from the rear, going to be a complete demolition haha
How is the mid section during this phase and are you doing anything extra to try and keep it / bring it in? Do you do vacuums etc?
Regarding vacuums, you see some guys who’s abs look like they suck up and under their rib cage, is this genetics? Ab control / strength? Just constantly doing vacuums over and over until the strength increase? Maybe diaphragm control?

Well done Meg! Me and the Mrs watched your first pro show video on youtube only the other weekend, so to have that look fresh in the head and then see the results from this.. the progress is insane!
My partner has literally gone from someone who didn’t train a few months back, to now me looking at my whatsapp to see shes sent like 3 of your youtube videos saying ‘watch these’ lol

Do you have particular supps you use for immune health, started a prep and picked up about 4 viral things one after the other for literally the last 8 weeks straight! Wondered how and if you have any dealings with this, glutathione with vitamin C I’ve been pointed towards so far. Use most of the JP range, vital, omegas, curcumin, vit k2 d3, love heart, heart care, just started mega dosing vit c. Kuba10 obviously
I don’t take glutathione or vit c
Immune system is mainly down to your food / hitting your micronutrient needs – supps can support that but ultimately its diet that does the trick.
Apart from chest infection that I didn’t need to take antibiotics for I haven’t been sick since Covid in 2020, I Attribute this down to diet & omega intake + vitd3 k2 at 10,000 iu daily[/quote]
Cheers for the response, I will try nailing down even harder on the micro nutrients and look to double my omega and d3k2 intake. Unfortunately I work in a very busy place full of greedy contractors who come to work even when sick etc, fire doors always closed so everyone is touching everything and it just spreads like fire. Up at 4am for cardio then working 12/13 hours a day then having to train and getting 5-6 hours sleep probably doesnt help. Saw your ice bath video from a while back where Meg thought it was going to be hilarious watching you get in, so we ordered an ice bath off the back off that to see if that helps too lol! Cheers bud

So in this case brother I would honestly lower your training frequency too – on rest days add in sauna work if you can, it’s amazing for health, heart health and immune system

Thank you for advice mate, was doing upper lower rest currently. Will find a sauna to put into the plan. I was on your excellence program for a few months so have some other workouts to look at. Only reason I stopped is with my work I’m not allowed phones and I was at work when all the calls took place etc. What micro nutrients do you have on a daily basis? I’ve moved some macros around and put in 500g of blueberries and raspberries into the plan, along with extra greens asparagus, brocolli etc.

I have 500g fruit mixed 400g veg ( some fermented ) also mixed daily plus I don’t eat any thing processed at allIt makes a huge difference alongside of the health supps!

Haha it’s slim mate , my moodyness is SO extreme even I am like , hmm have I given myself some kind of temporary disorder lol . One minute I feel acceptable , then the next I feel like i want to die And then 2 mins later I’m ok again lol , it’s pretty wild , if that could be caught in cam in real time , it would be a case study into why this is fucking stupid lol
Whenever I do feel ok, I try to cram in saying as many nice things ti corinne as poss, as I know in a few mins , the sound of anyone talking around me will make me want to scream
But this is what it took before, so it is what it is
Tbf I think anyone doing this shit has some sort of mental disorder anyway haha

So this is where I’m at ( borderline can’t be assed to even write this out, as I’m pretty bored of sharing the way I can pivot on things based on how I feel ) , as I just prefer cracking on, but equally I hope it helps people to understand that the path from A to B is not one entirely rigid
Resetting the fullness felt like a real chance to keep pushing , simply because , I KNOW that if you want to be legit huge onstage , you must be able to get above 290 not fat , if you bottle it before then ( like everyone does ) , you just won’t ever get truly fucking huge
The fatigue crippled me in the last run, so it forced me to back off , but I think I can keep going and get myself over 290 and not fat and really solidifying this one
I always like to squeez everything I can out of a push , and I started it around 20th December , so if I can get another couple months out of this , that will be superb. But obviously this part now is harder than hard , if you see me in the shed , I will be hanging out of my ass the whole time hashha, but I can do this bit and I can do the bit others won’t , when it comes to getting truly huge
I assume some filmed content is not very likely during this period lol? Would be really interesting to see a day in the life video of you really pushing food, training and business whilst being over 290lbs…
Think the last day in the life video was fucking ages ago with you going to the bank and talking about how you’d never make a strawberry protein powder as its rank (which is completely true lol)

The digestion issues make me question primo myself, as when dieting previously I was running around 1000mg primo a week with 100mg tren hex and the acid reflux etc was awful. Since dropping the primo down and adding nandrolone its gone. Any idea why that is? I also assumed it was greek yogurt but it came back when I removed it.

Hours for me still isn’t amazing , as it’s always a faff each night adjusting the mask etc , but I’m very used to it , so if I get 10 hours , I’m okWhen I’m say sub 260 , I can be ok on 8
Over 290 and it doesn’t feel like any amount of sleep makes me feel ok lol
When you were actively trying to lose weight before did you get to a point where you didn’t need the cpap? I’ve needed it a few times at the end of a big push so sort of on the edge of needing it but not. I found it pretty awful to get used to initially!

Any movement on the next TBJP gym, I know you had some planning issues, are you still looking in the same area for a new location? Another frustration much like the above one I am sure lol

If pushing nandrolone like that I would always be focused on controlling E2 otherwise you’ll run into big problems.
I would go with his changes. Run for 5-6 weeks and then asses how you feel.
If you wanted to keep things higher and like experimenting then EQ for alot will work much better at controlling E2 n allow to push other drugs up without n AI

Thanks for the advice, in the past I’ve run NPP with EQ and had decent results. My main issues, like most, occurred when pushing test too high. I’ll keep the above like you said for now and gauge what is doing what and then perhaps add some EQ in to see what difference it makes.
