    At those dose of nandrolone I think it’s just going to be pulling down the test and raising the mast or replacing the test with primo

    I would probably from now go :

    250 test
    250 primo
    600 mast
    800 nandrolonane

    And I’m certain you will feel much better than the initial cycle, even if you can endure the first one, you will feel even better again on the above

    I’ll switch to the above this week. Thank you for the advice Jordan.

    For me it’s just controlling e2 , I personally would be the biggest water balloon ever ever ever on that cycle and it would effect everything , my ability to train hard, eat, walk , even lean lean I couldn’t run that and not really feel it , I think I would have to be stage ready peeled and I may just feel ok

    So with that in mind, do you know how much better you feel when e2 is controlled more ? ( have you ran cycles where you have controlled e2 more ?)

    In fairness, drugs have been in for 3-4 weeks so hard to gauge yet. I have some aromasin / adex on hand or would drop test to 250mg. Intention was to run bloods again around week 8 and assess if going by feel wasn’t sufficient.

    I’ve run water balloon (not intentionally) cycles before where walking becomes hard, calf pumps, back pumps etc previously. My approach over the last year has been to keep test lower and typically run primo + mast cycles. Last big push e2 was 159. But with the mg to ml of primo I wanted to use less oil and possibly use something more ‘optimal’ for growth. And to be completely honest – I enjoy the process of experimenting with different drugs.

    I haven’t run nandrolone in quite some time though and intend on running it until what you suggested becomes an issue and then more than likely switch it for primo.

    I’m defo at a position where I can’t entirely decide what is best, the split I’m doing is bringing my legs and back up fast! I think at the end of this phase , they will be the biggest they have ever been , I want to get my chest up a bit more but tbh it’s almost worth that being a bit slower ( it’s not that noticeable and by the end of the next 9-10 weeks that’s probably gonna be at full develolment ish anyways ) , so with this in mind I will just stick what I’m doing and just keep trying to blow the back and legs into full Belgian blue mode!!

    I suppose the next thing on the agenda is settle on a comp date!

    Looking at the calendar , the end of august comp fits best ! As then there is a pro qualifier mid September in London !

    That will also still be while I’m 35 , so I guess that will do 🙂

    So that puts me 29 weeks out now! I can be on cycle 7 more week (means I will of got 9 on, then 22 out I will clear out for 5 weeks ) , then 17 out can run it in straight

    I don’t see any reasons against the above , I don’t know if I can beat my old previous self in quality , my body is tired , but I can’t control that .

    This is going to be super exciting to see. If your sanity can take it please document as much of it as possible. I’m sure a lot of us wouldn’t mind even if its a silent movie with no JP talking lol!

    Do you mean nandrolone decanoate ? Deca as in decanoate, is an ester . I always use both at some point , my selection between esters is based on speed I want things to happen

    The Greek yog I use is fage, but we don’t have a lactose free one anywhere I have seen

    Yes mate exactly that apologies, i recall when we worked together years back you had me running NPP but i believe then it was slightly higher MG per ml then than it is now.

    It was more to see if there was a specific issue or reasoning around possibly not using nandrolone decanoate as I’d rather use a few ml of that instead of 6-7ml of npp.

    For me, no masteron doesn’t build muscle like nandrolone . For me, I build a lot of fucking muscle on nandrolone. So I don’t really care what studies say, or what anyone else says , I just focus on what I need and builds me the muscle. I think like with anything , just figuring it out yourself is best , for you , masteron may work the same ….

    Do you still only use NPP and never deca? Just thinking about it from a MG/ML stand point, few injections less volume.

    Jordan what actually is it that causes the calf and back pumps? Water? After a prep and pushing test high and calories going back up ive found the lower back and calf pumps are insane at points lol. Essentially need a portable bed with me 24/7 so I can just lay down constantly haha

    Is there anything that this gym isn’t going to have? Didn’t you say previously you had like 7 leg presses?

    Already googled where the gym is roughly from my house and its like an hour away from Birmingham so weekend trips will become a regular thing lol!

    Do you think (and I’m only really talking about you personally because of how fucking strong you are) that there becomes a point with progressive overload that increasing the weight needs to stop? Like I know mentally thats a big thing for you and you love it, but also getting the pro card if you’re injured? Whats the trade off if any?

    Not expecting to see you doing the Milos giant sets lol but is changing the style something you’ve thought about or considered?

    Hey Sas, do you do anything specific for your calf training like dc style, stretching under load etc? I’ve always had good calves genetically and had comments on them but as such never really trained them consistently so want to take them from being big decent calves (like 19″ without training them) into mutant ones lol.

    Mutant calves! Jack I can already tell you’re a very cool dude : D so to be honest the only intensifier I might use for calves are drop sets. Lots of them after the last set. What grew my calves to another level was hitting them almost every day I go tue gym. I’d pick 1 exercise per day, 5-8 sets, and I’d alternate heavy day 6-12 reps 2 min rest, with lighter day 15-20 reps 30-40 sec rest. After a few months they start to really grow[/quote]

    Logically this is what I have always thought and my reasoning for this is fat people lol. They always have monster calves and they aren’t in the gym doing toe presses, just constantly bombarding them with weight on a daily basis. Much like ab training I have just never bothered to be consistent with it. I’m going to hammer them every day for the next 6 months and see what can be done. Thanks dude.

    So are you currently at all time strength but on lower total drugs currently that previously? That must make you excited for where things can progress to? Proper excited to see the package you bring once you’re ready… and the first time you post some pictures!

    After watching your instagram posts i got carried away with SLDL’s pushing bigger numbers but pulled heaviest single ive ever done before the second rep starting to resemble more spine training than anything else lol, do you feel evening pulling singles is worth it providing it doesn’t totally destroy you from a recovery stand point? (essentially asking permission to do singles lol) 🙂
