0.86 while on 250 test and 100 primo is gd! It’s highly unlikely you will get back in range on that . If you want to see it in range , run 200
Test , and double your love heart for 3 weeks and it will be in range

    Thank you Jordan 🙂

    Hi Jack

What’s your dietary fat intake like? What are your sources of fat.

Let us know what your currently eating and I’m sure the team can help.

Supplement wise i’d say you’ve got most bases covered. I have found that a double serving of love heart really made an impact on my cholesterol and LDL:HDL ratios.

Hi Adam, cheers for the response. To confirm my dietary fats come from, almond butter, dark chocolate (10g serving), avocado, macadamia nut oil / avocado oil if i cant find maca.

That’s about it with exception to fats in a free / cheat meal I may have once a week or so.

Just read the log start to finish at work, provided some interesting reading material! I remember seeing you in Total Fitness cant remember which one, either Wilmslow or Altrincham back in 2013 I think. I was working with Jordan at the time and remember being like that guy is a fucking unit lol!

Decided to have a pop at competing next year after a 6 year hiatus, reading your log is real inspiration having followed your progress on and off from years ago! Looking forward to seeing you get back on stage dude.

    Hi Jordan,

Can’t say how comforting and happy it is to read your recent thought process!

If you recall me and Sophie worked with you and Corinne for a number of years when we were all training out of ripped harlow around 2013. I remember you transforming my physique from essentially dogshit to half decent in 3 years lol!

Also being 34 now and having stepped away for quite a few years like 5+ I found myself zigzagging and essentially being in a shit place mentally for a long time. Recently just started back up and gaining rapidly. But reading this really made me smile as I don’t feel like the only nut job haha!

Massively excited to see you back on stage again, last time I saw you in person you were preparing for the Brazil Nabba Worlds!

    All the best mate, Jack

As far as I’m aware greek style is not the same as greek yogurt, I never buy it anyway. I use tesco own brand 0% fat greek yogurt its £1.60 a tub for 500g so cheaper than the fage brand.

Jordan what the fuck are you wearing to the wedding haha? I had to have my suit made for our wedding so you are definitely fucked on that front lol.

You must get some pretty funny looks in a ‘normal gym’

@Andreas I’ve got DW membership as a work all over the country and most of the ones I’ve been to have always been pretty good. Must be a shit location. But I do love training at ripped where Jordan does when I am at home, hard to beat.

What greens shake do you use? Veg intake is something I need to improve on a lot.

Jordan this is slightly off topic regarding the prep but still related to your own personal goals. You mentioned joint pain and obviously pushing your body very hard etc which highlights the question of how long can someone push the envelope.
Do you have a long term game plan with regards to your time in the sport? As in have you set a target for yourself to try to reach a certain level before calling it a day etc as obviously we all know we can’t push the boundaries for decades without expecting to face some potentially bad health issues later in life.

If so what sort of thing could you see yourself doing after bodybuilding?

Those bands are horrible, I had to drop weights quite a bit using these and I too felt like I had been hit by a truck lol.

Agreed there is a video of him walking around an expo in France with Fouad and he talks about how he likes to wear zumba gear to workout and that Fouad was a supermodel before he became a bodybuilder lol. He is a funny guy and a military man, perfect mr o material, and classic looking.
