I have never been, always had work commitments. But my fiance and I are hoping to go next year. I’m surprised Dorian and Kevin had no queue – two of the greatest physiques in the sport. But with the rise of bikini and physique its all going to sway more in that direction in the long run but thats fine with me as it means we don’t need to queue up lol. I just want to meet Cedric Mcmillan and steal his genetics.

Corinne, why not tinned fish? I am in Norway at the moment and I am currently eating 4 tins of tuna a day in water spread out over 2 meals. This is the only protein I can use for these meals. Is it anything to do with mercury levels?

Jordan if you are already going into a prep so lean what is the justification for a 24 week prep? Whats the game plan here, are you trying to drop bodyweight quite a bit like you were telling me before? I remember you talking about coming in weighing a lot less this season.

Jordan, how do you get around the steroid probing questions at the blood donation? I mean if I dress a certain way its not overly obvious that I’m bigger than normal people but obviously your a different animal lol?

Jordan, do you think we are going to see at any point some of the more heavy off season training you used to do to get where you are now size wise? The sorts of things you have on your youtube pushing the heavy weights etc?

I give blood, I’m interested how you donate Jordan, I’m assuming its not through the normal blood donation service?

Glute bridges for me are a killer, I most certainly have a muscle imbalance as even doing these with no weight leaves me shaking lol – this was after going to failure and force negatives on the abductor machine though, so not a total pussy haha.

People also assume you need to take a boat load of ‘supplements’ in order to get big, myself being guilty of this in the past. But with solid diet and extremely intense and focused training I’ve made more gains off far less in recent months. The less is more approach is the right way to approach this. So many guys today jump in so far at the deep end they leave themselves with little room for progression.

Perfect analogy for this situation is when your a young teenager and you start drinking with your friends, you don’t go out and drink 14 pints on your first ever night out, the same applies here. Although the drink signs are far more apparent and sudden doesn’t mean lack of symptoms from supplements doesn’t mean no harm is being caused.
The government released statistics from information recorded via the needle exchange estimating that some 600,000 people in the UK are using ‘supplements’… I don’t see 600,000 people in this country even looking remotely close to bodybuilders. thats a scary figure knowing the amount of ‘bro science’ advice most people follow.

Without someone running bloodwork before and after I am always suspicious of natural test boosters. If you do a google search on HCGenerate by need to build muscle you will find before and after bloodwork of a few guys who tried it and got some decent results for a natty booster. So if your going to spend anything and want it to be OTC then I’d go for that.

Jordan I do not know how you manage your sprints lol, first time for me this morning and all I can say is man I feel unhealthy haha! How does your cardio change as you enter into your offseason?

Glycoject tastes good, mixes well, never bloated me and overall was good. Only issue when I was using it a few years ago was availability which I’m sure is probably better now. I used to use it with EVP as well.

Jordan will you be running these products during your ‘on’ phases as well as in recovery?

Jordan when will you back off the really heavy training? I remember Dorian saying in hindsight if he hadn’t gone so over the top towards the end of a prep he wouldn’t of ended his career prematurely through injuries all sustained during the finals weeks of prep.

For everyone else I got a sneak peak of Jordan in his trunks as I was limping out of the gym lol looks like a beast! Very impressive!
