Any product which has been produced to enhance the quality purely for the benefit of the consumer will always be at a premium, these companies who produce modified food only do this process because it is faster and cheaper and don’t care if the quality is compromised during this, casein point – the pasteurization of milk was touted as being for the eradication of ecoli and other ‘harmful’ bacteria.. this is bs its to extend the shelf life, if I drink milk, I order raw milk from a special farm, its 100% better and tastes nicer.
I have read articles where professors and biologists have actually accused large cooperations in the food industry of down grading the quality of food and mineral density on purpose for various reasons.

I think looking further afield for farm shops and markets etc is the best way to get the quality you want without supermarket premiums, supply chain for these products passes through a lot of hands before you get it, along with supply and demand which is just basic economics. So going to the farmer its bound to be cheaper just logistically a bit harder. Supermarket organic food can also still contain chemicals approved by the EU, finding the specific chemicals is quite difficult.

    Jordans thoughts would be interesting.

My fiance and I are currently working with Jordan and Corinne and what I can say regarding food quality is that, I always try to buy food that is as high quality as you can get, this is often at a premium price, however cheaper food is genetically modified and often been developed quickly using radiation.
If your interested read up on Monsanto and what they are doing to GMO seed crops etc, its quite scary – cancer rates and other diseases have soured since the 70’s when all this modifying and artificial sweeteners took off so make of that what you will.
You could try farmers markets for better value with still good quality.

I’m not sure if Jordan would agree but I personally think that if two people ate the same foods but one ate high quality organic non modified food vs value genetically enhanced food the latter wouldn’t get as good results.

Corinne you look amazing and you mentioned previously that you only joined a gym 3 years ago and your already setting powerlifting records and placing high in shows. Anyone who can achieve that clearly is going to do well in the long run, I think you should cut yourself some slack and enjoy your journey a bit more rather than worrying so much. I’m sure everyone else would agree.

Think we should add garlic bread to my preworkout, you sounded like you were lifting the entire gym at one point haha

Jordan, how does your strength fair on triple drop sets? I failed using the 12.5kg dumbbells for high incline press on last set of drop lol and now my body feels like its been run over.

Jordan is yohimbine something which should be used once you are already at very low levels of body fat and simply have stubborn sites remaining or is it useful to use before this as well?

Thats the sort of discipline that will make your dreams a reality and its definitely not big headed if your going to shoot for anything then shoot for the top otherwise whats the point as by not doing so your sort of setting yourself up mentally to reach a point where you expect to fail. Its also inspiring and makes me and I’m sure everyone else here want to up their game.

Corinne you and Jordan always seem to be prepping for something, do you ever have any real down time off the gym and relaxed on the diet or is it constant like this all the time? Have you had any injuries or anything that has caused you to adjust something unwillingly? And slightly off topic specifically but what is your overall goal, where would you like/hope to see yourself 2-5 years from now?

Sorry shes called Sophie, you’d probably recognise us if you saw us we are in ripped harlow quite often.

What is your email? I will get her to give you a shout thats probably the best option, shes currently trying to add a bit of size with slightly higher calories to push slightly heavier as she wants to build her glutes like every girl, but I think shes looking to start cutting around the 20th of September so something around this time would work well I think.

    Thanks 🙂

Thanks for the response! I thought that would most likely be the case, she is totally natural currently and just has issues with varying water retention depending on the time of the month etc which seems to also want to cling to these areas. I have a copy of extreme lean I used myself, I was thinking of purchasing a copy for her with her marcos, she has no intention of competing currently just likes the look of the bikini/fitness competitors.

Good luck with your prep your looking great, do you find hiit or fasted cardio seems to be best for dropping body fat, I remember reading a post by Jordan on his facebook basically only advocating hiit if your drastically out of shape as you risk muscle wastage otherwise?

Corinne when you were first getting lean how did you deal with stubborn areas of body fat on girls? Are we talking purely diet adjustments or hormonal topical fatloss products as well for this?
