Hey, i have been doing that aswell for my lcarnitine, pinning glutes only as it would hurt less in the glutes, resulted in scar tissue buildup i now have a lump on my cheek,

i think what you are experiencing is irritated muscles as you are always pinning glutes,

i suggest you try pinning delts and quads aswell, insulin syringes are quite small so you shouldnt feel anything, you can even try lats but its quite tricky, or opt for subq as you suggested

My preference is cardio for time efficiency and I enjoy it in the morning 20-30 mins then steps adjusted from 10-12-14k if needed

Whichever tool you prefer. Then adjust food as needed also.

Hey nathan, how often do you do cardio in the week?

You could start by adding in 20mins LISS rest days ensuring HR is 120-130bpm, on bike, cross trainer etc

    Thanks ! Much appreciated 🙂

    Imo :

Check how much steps you naturally do daily, without your treadmill.

See how long is it reasonable for you to walk

    20k imo is very high

I would reduce output a little bit cause that’s quite long per day with steps

I would add cardio which is shorter and more intense at the beginning of a cut

And balance in/out the output vs food

Now all the technics are valuable but you can find a good in between btw food-steps-and cardio which make you gain time to rest which is important also to preserve muscle mass/performance

I personnally start my prep with cardio and little steps, and then remove cardio and increase steps, and coming to the show we reduce steps slowly

    Hello Allison !

Thank you for your answer, i was considering adding cardio as you suggest but im quite a sausage when it comes to cardio, what do you personally do for cardio ? and how do you set it up? (How intense/Time).

Hiya dimitri, I agree with a lot of the above! Steps are legitimate but finding the right balance for your goals, lifestyle, work and time is what I usually think of when suggesting a step goal. I do agree with the fact that your steps are pretty high. I think what you and the others have suggested about adjusting steps/kcals. Having the right balance for you is the goal

    Hello maddy !

I have been going on this 2600kcal/20k steps a day cut for about 2 weeks now, progress in the gym kept going and no fatigue was felt, i’ll try dragging it a little bit further to achieve a complete month and then switch to a 2000-2200kcal diet, 15k steps a day for a month to see which is more balanced to me as i wont have infinite time as i currently have to do my 20k daily steps, thanks for your point of view regarding this and your opinion !

Just keep the diet and the steps set as they are see what happens to your look and body weight and adjust from there. That is high steps though so perhaps the next adjustment would come from food if you don’t want to be doing cardio. If it were me I’d pull the steps down and add in 20/30 mins cardio. Much more time efficient and you’ll get some added cardiac benefits etc.

    Hello Joe,

You mentioned cardio, i was wondering, which cardio would you personally do and at what intensity, what are the steps i should follow to implement it in my routine as i tried in the past but struggled to set it up as a routine and was doing complete bs, thank you !

Thank you all for your answers and time, it truly helped me, i will be considering lowering my steps and cals at the end of this week as i will be monitoring my fatigue in the gym !

There isn’t a set in stone answer . My advise is adjust steps and calories both in sync to get the results you need

Thanks you for your answer !

Arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor, it inhibits the aromatase enzyme which convert testosterone to estrogen,

Proviron on the other hand is methylated dht, the way it counters estrogen is by increasing androgenic to estrogenic ratio, “kind” of like masteron would do but mast is by far better.

The molecules are different by far, if you want to reduce your estrogen i strongly advise you go for arimidex instead of proviron,

Both can be taken together but apart from the mild libido and energy boost you get from proviron i don’t find it really useful.

Dose arimidex cautiously though to not crash e2 and feel like absolute shit

Proviron will only balance the androgenic to estrogenic ratio, it’s literally methylated dht so that’s kind of how it helps with estrogen sides since it’s battling with E2 on androgen receptor sites, i honestly suggest you take some Ai and find the perfect dose that suits you and does’nt crash you estro, i tend to aromatize a lot aswell and proviron hasn’t helped me at all though arimidex saved my life.

Do you reckon i stick with enanthate as for the test?

I always pin daily no matter the esther or compound, i just want to do a mini blast/ higher end dosed cruise since ill be busy soon enough and will have to stick to a regular trt.

I thought about using prop as my E2 spikes easily and idk if my masteron would be sufficient enough, yet i have arimidex on the side.

Do you reckon i stay on enanthate and just see how it goes ? Im just worried i can’t titrate fast enough with high E2 because the sides are really unbearable im quite sensitive to it

A small dose of primo or Mast e could help here but hard to source at mo so eq could be an option. As suggested the other option is reduce your dose. It’s common for trt Dr’s to prescribe aromasin to trt prescriptions to control estrogen.

I am currently reducing the dose to 63mg/week in hopes of feeling better, i would have opted for primo as an option but as you said atm it is quite hard to find, my only option is some mast p i have but it wont last long and id need to buy some again

in all honesty this is not something I have really seen with others when sing a TRT dose or any bother dose.

    What is your BP like?

have you had any bloods done

My bp sits at 110, most i get is like 127

I just got my blood test and my Estrogen E2 is at 207pmol, 56pg/ml, idk if thats high or normal
So only issue could be E2 being high. You may well be sensitive to this.

What was your test level at on bloods
With 75mg/week i would attain 40,74nmol/L ~1174ng/dl, im still waiting for my shbg, dhea and free testosterone to be calculated by the lab
