Checked in this morning, shapes holding up! Looking forward to stripping down a bit in a few weeks to see what my shape is going to be like this year. Really want to be able to make a dent on the pro stage and not just blend in.
Rest day as well today, haven’t done much as I usually do went to have a few treatments done this morning to relax. Then came home did a few meals plans for clients and relaxed in sofa with my puppy all afternoon for once didn’t rush around doing loads which was nice.
Busy day tomorrow and Leg day so early night and rest up for a big session tomorrow.

Pull sessions today with @meg absolutely loved it, felt really strong and managed to get some decent weight on. New session for me as a few of my routine has changed from the lockdown one, so used different machines which was nice to do something different. Hopefully get more weight on as the weeks go by as I’m still feeling full of energy.
Just general house work and jobs this morning, taught a core class via zoom for clients which is always busy. Check in day tomorrow see if there’s any changes.
Relaxing and having a bath I think tonight as I know my back will be in bits tomorrow ?

Need to look over what exercises your doing as within that split you should be targeting your arms anyway as a secondary muscle.
I’d also add triceps into push and biceps into pull if your not doing so already. Could possible do the same in the upper day.
Look through some of the videos on the site as personally I don’t think you need just an arm day as you’ll target them in the other daysJadekelsie

Another hot one today! Going to be a sweaty Push session. Checked in today with the boss man, he’s happy with conditioning at the moment no changes as of yet but we’re in good stead for 10 weeks out. Dropped weight again now back down to 8 stone 13 after the steak and chips the other day.
Trained at Rotherham Ultra today, loving being able to use different machines again and I think it’s really going to do me good and make me look fuller with the use of different equipment. Let’s hope that it stays this way and no more lockdowns fingers crossed ??
Going to relax the rest of the day, worked this morning and taught a online HIIT class which is why I chose to train push instead of pull so I had enough energy. Training again tomorrow so rest up tonight and keep energy for tomorrow 🙂

I’d select low activity but then keep an eye out on your weight while dieting just so it doesn’t drop to quick.

Setting up our new business today, so dragging all the flooring into the new studio and finalising the painting. Can’t beeline that we’re nearly here and finishing bits off. Hopefully should be open in 2 weeks so it’s all hands on deck to get things done.
Worked this morning with a few clients and also had quite a few check ins to get finished. Other than that I’ve been relaxing in the garden this afternoon and catching the rays.
Need to try and get Ted to walk again for a walk tonight but at the moment it’s too warm for the little guy, so I have a fan on him and he’s collapsed on the floor ?

Log for 30/07/2020
Leg day today, fuelled up from my steak and chips yesterday! Checked in this morning and was up 1lbs from the food which is good.
Trained at Ultraflex Normanton today, was a very hot and sweaty session! Completely different to training at my gym. All the equipment is different but I have managed to keep up my strength on the machine which I’m happy about. But that leg session really did take my soul and I am tell my legs are going to kill tomorrow.
Not much else to do today, few inline checks ins to complete from clients and I’ve had morning and evening clients today. Also taken Ted out for his walk which I’m losing my patience for but I’m sure soon he will learn to walk not be stubborn and sit down!

Rest day today, Body is in bits from training at the gym this week but it’s a good feeling, I’m loving it. From check in yesterday been allowed a meal of plan of steak and chips.
Had them for lunch this afternoon really enjoyed it as steak isn’t on my meal plan at the moment and I do love a good steak.
Worked this morning with clients and then tried to take Ted (my puppy) out for a walk which actually worked!! He walked for at least 10 mins at least that’s progress.
Just a relaxing bath for me tonight then finish of with some diet plans and relax before a hard leg session tomorrow! Hopefully the extra food will fuel me up.

Wow I am aching today! Got out of bed walking like John Wayne ?
Best feeling in the world as you know you’ve worked hard. I can tell that I haven’t used the machines in 4 months and I can’t wait to reap the benefits in a few weeks.Checked in the morning weight down to 9 stone exactly, Kuba’s happy with the progress and tomorrow which is rest day, I’m allowed to swap M3 (100g Cod and 100g Veg) to steak and chips as a meal out ?
So looking forward to that! And will be checking in Thursday to see how my body handles it.Push session today trained at Ultra Flex Normanton for a different scenery, again used the different machines mainly hammer strength shoulder press and incline press which is different but glad I was able to do slight changes as I know it will help me progress.

I’d definitely look into it! It’s something that I keep meaning to do myself but never get around to it. I engrave it into my clients as it helps when training and prevents injury of your muscles are not tight. I’d also look into massage as well, I feel it’s essential when training a lot

Filmed today with Jay and trained with @megansylvester and @kamara-graham did Pull which went really well and enjoyed it so much being back in the gym.
Been 4 months since I’ve used back machines so struggled with the weight today wasn’t what I used to do but haven’t totally lost strength, my back will definitely be in bits tomorrow. Felt sick after the session so at least I know I was working hard enough.
Not much else today just finished work been a very long day with clients this morning and evening. Got one meal left but got to take the puppy out for one last walk so better get used to doing that.
Roll on the back DOMs tomorrow ?

Been rest day and today, which I was glad about as my legs are absolutely dead after training in the gym yesterday! But so happy that things are getting back to normal.
Haven’t done much today just finishing jobs off, clients check ins and diet plans.
Took Ted (our puppy) out for his first walk, let’s hope he gets used to it as all he wanted to do was sit down the whole time.
Checked in this morning as well Kuba is happy weight has dropped back down to 9 stone so no changes needed and keep progressing.
Filming tomorrow with the girls and Jay for a Pull session for the JP site which I’m excited about.

Personally I’d change it for a chest supported row as it’s my favourite exercise. But you could also do a Dumbell row on a bench (also chest supported) or a cable row.
Which ever you fancy as long as your targeting the same area
