    I would definitely count it as a protein source mainly, I use quark for quite a few of my clients as some of them don’t like yoghurt it’s a great alternative

    Rest day today, but it wasn’t at all! Today was moving day 🙂

    So basically moved all of our heavy gym equipment out of our building and into our new place which is around the corner. So my 10,000 steps that I’m meant to do has doubled managed to do 25,000 steps and on rest day food!

    Absolutely shattered definitely need a bath tonight, but it’s nearly finished. Just for touching up to do tomorrow, shopping for some bits and then we should all be ready for our open weekend. So excited and can’t believe how the space has changed over the past few days.

    Check in tomorrow and leg day, so will let you know how that goes. Early night for me as back here tomorrow to make sure things are done. Excited!!

    Glad you put 10,000 not 1000 ?
    I think that is an average amount although like Kuba said it all depends on what your trying to achieve, if you know what your averaging out when it comes to dieting or even bulking you know what you can reduce or increase depending on what outcome your wanting.

    lol, I try to get 10 k but most days is 7-8 k steps. I am jusr doing it to stay active and lean.

    I’d try and keep it consistent then you know what you’ll need to change if you find you need to drop weight or increase

    Another busy day, checked in this morning same weight as last check in. Slight changes to training on leg days will post my log and changes when I have legs Friday.

    Kuba’s happy with maintenance and were dropping food in a few weeks to get leaner, now 8.5 weeks out! So excited but seriously hope that it goes ahead.

    Worked this morning and got jobs done for my new business that opens at the weekend. Managed to get a training session in wow it was a hot one, was so hard to train in the heat I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to train in the middle of the day!! Won’t be doing that again.

    Happy with the session though, few different machines used as I was at a different gym today. Log and check In attached below.

    It’s going to be another hot session today at Ultraflex, push session this afternoon really happy with my progress at the moment all my weights have been going up and my form has been loads better, think my bodies back used to the gym equipment again.

    Foods still high so feeling full of energy and I actually can’t believe I’m now 8 weeks out, it doesn’t feel like it as I’m used to feeling tired and hungry by now but feeling great which is a good sign.

    A lot of work to do today to make sure the new building is finished by Saturday, worked this morning with clients and teaching a virtual class tonight which will be a warm one in my front room. Checking in tomorrow so will keep updated, Training log attached below 🙂

    So after all my bagel last night that got put in after my check in, I was up to 9 stone 1, when I checked in the morning everything is on track and we’re ready to smash out another week.

    Really really excited for this show feel like I’ve been prepping for ages and now it’s my time to show it of in 8 weeks. Think I need to start looking at hotels to make sure all the best rooms don’t go.

    Been a very hectic day, it’s our open day for my new business HQ Fitness at the weekend and there so much to do for it I can’t get my mind around it. But after sitting down tonight and planning my week around what needs doing I feel less stressed and ready for the week ahead!!

    Why does leg day come round so quick? ?

    Not going to complain as it is my favourite session at the movement. But boy was it a sweaty one today!!

    Really please with my little self though as I got 310kg on the leg press 3rd movement of the session as well for 10 reps. Had to get Adam shouting at me a couple of times to make sure my head was in the game, but never in my years of training have I ever got that much especially in a prep as well!

    This morning went to the new business to paint the rest of the gear up, so I’m now covered in wood stain which won’t come off. So looks like I have dark brown freckles everywhere ?

    Checked in today, weight still the same and Kuba has added a 1 bagel into my last two meals this evening, just one more meal to go then check in again tomorrow.

    Rest day today, but have so much on at the moment it’s not really going to be much rest, which I do need at the moment.

    We’re moving into another building so have to make sure the building we’re currently in is back to the original but also finish of the building we’re moving into. So was lifting carpet tiles and sanding down today just got home and very tired.

    No rest for the wicked though I have 3 new clients so need to finish of there diet and training plans tonight so they can start Monday and have no excuses then ?

    Other than that I checked in this morning from my steak and chips, was the same weight which has never happened before so obviously needed it. Checking in again tomorrow so I’ll let you know if there any changes.

    I agree with Jimmy if digestion is good and your not gaining no too much you can take it out.
    Personally I do like a fasted walk or a little cardio added in just for me mentally but everyone is different

    Check in day ?

    Feeling Good today, felt loads tighter but fuller at the same time. Weight is the same but have some extra food added in tonight:

    150g Steak
    400g Oven chips ?

    So looking forward to having that meal tonight and checking in tomorrow to see what difference it makes.

    Trained Pull today, wow it was hot ? definitely burnt some calories in that session, some slight changes to plan (which is attached below) now got Leg prep instead of single leg press and the rep ranges have changed to having heavier sets back in rather than middle and a back of. So I’ll make use to the high food I’m on and hopefully more intensity more weight dropping of without dropping the food.

    Little bit of a calmer day today, not working this morning like usual so was able to sleep in seen as though I don’t have cardio to do. I lasted till 8.30am (which is a lay in for me)

    Took Ted out for a morning walk then checked in with my clients to make sure everything was on track and changed a few plans. Had a speed awareness course at home online ?
    Which was actually quite interesting and learnt some things that I didn’t know which is always helpful, plus I haven’t driven properly in 3 years so was good to have a refresher.

    Trained Push today with @meg felt really strong today a few lifts weren’t as strong line my incline press as I only managed 8 reps with 28kg DBs rather than 12 reps, but changed a few of the exercises around so my shoulders were already pre exhausted which didn’t help.

    Check in tomorrow but feeling leaner today so see what the photos and scales say in the morning.

    9 weeks to go ?

    Now it’s getting scary, there’s been no cancellations about the show, I haven’t booked anywhere yet which is bugging me but going to wait another week or so just to make sure restrictions are lifted in Spain.

    Checked in this morning back down to 8 stone 13! Feel a lot fuller in my shape and feedback from Kuba was good. (Keep going basically) ?

    Rest day today, but been lugging rubber floor and carpet tiles all day as we move into our new business soon so been trying to get it finished. So not really a rest day ?

    Totally agree with Clare, there’s no need to have the shake immediately after training. I personally prefer eating my post workout solid meal after training or at least 30mins after as I feel like it fuels me back up for the rest of the day. I also wouldn’t use both peptopro and EAAs.

    The day has finally come ?

    I get to go have my ears checked, honestly been waiting for this appointment since the start of lockdown, it’s been cancelled 5 times ? but what can you do about a pandemic!

    Other than wearing a mask nearly all day in a hospital, (which feels like my second home sometimes) not had to work which was a bonus and went to kill myself of on a good leg session today, plus my JP sips cane for this month!

    Adam has made me order the JP cinnamon danish which I can’t have as I’m on prep, so I’ll tell by his reaction instead to see what it’s like ?

    Session was strong today felt good, leg press went up but no where near where I used to be able to get to but it will come I’m sure of it!
