    Happy Gym Dependance ?

    Today’s the day, so happy that the gyms open again been excited all week just for the equipment change and the atmosphere!!

    Had such a good sleep and even slept in this morning which isn’t like me at all, my body must have known it was leg day. Trained with my partner and absolutely smashed it, new training programme (attached below) slightly different which is good and I know that my legs are going to absolutely kill me tomorrow!

    Filming with Jay, Meg and Kam on Monday so excited to get things filmed again back to normal!!

    Practiced posing after legs, changed a few movements so that it fits me a lot better, as I have no hips I need to make it look like I do, otherwise I look straight up and down.

    Checked in this morning and gone up weight, which is really annoying as I have stuck to plan 100%

    I haven’t been well over the last couple of days and just carried on so holding onto water around my middle which I can really tell. Try and drink a little more and hopefully it will shift. I’ve order some fibre tablets to see if it sorts out my digestion.

    Had to be of work today again as I had a small seizure this morning while having a client which was so embarrassing but I can’t do anything about it so just got to move on.

    Gyms open tomorrow and I’m so excited to get back into the gym and use the machines again so very excited!!

    New clothing line came yesterday, absolutely amazing loving it! Tried all of them on as soon as I opened up the package. The quality is amazing and so please with the colours which will go with everything. They go out tomorrow so get watching…

    Push session today, got a really bad pump when training but then realised that I hadn’t eaten as much as I usually do before training with the pink salt.
    Weight went up a bit but made sure that the reps were better, starting to get really tired with the medication I’m on as I’m not used to it yet so having to have more afternoon naps again.

    Didn’t do much more today had a few clients and a posing session with a client this morning then done client programmes this afternoon. Of course looked after my puppy Ted. First walks on Monday excited!

    Weights down again ? but food is still really high, might actually work out how many calories I’m on as I’m starting to not believe how much I’m eating but still burning!

    Kuba’s happy with my check in, he’s wanting to bring up my food more near the weekend then nearer show (so I’m 11 weeks out) he will drop cals a touch and hopefully my body will respond well as my cals are high so won’t need much of a drop. I don’t even feel like I’m on a prep which is weird but so glad.

    Pull session went really well making the food do the talking as my weights keep creeping up and up. Strength is through the roof but so excited to get back in the gym and use the machines again as I have missed them so much. Programme is changing to match the change in machines, always love a new program feel like a kid at Christmas.

    Working rest of today fully booked with clients and also got more plans to do after work. Busy day which is always good on a prep for me!

    I don’t think cardio is needed in an offseason it means you have more variables to alter when in a diet stage. Although if you feel you need some sort of cardio in for mental health wise (I do) then I’d put in a short walk in a morning so you feel like you have a kickstart.

    Everyone is different that’s the good thing about this sport 🙂

    Rest day today, working this morning with a few clients. Then getting my mum round to do me a full body massage as it’s definitely needed. But fully feel asleep during my back massage which was amazing.

    Rest of the day I’ve been catching up with my online clients and redoing diet and training plans ready for them to get back to the gym on Saturday! Finally some normality ?

    Teaching an online class tonight via Zoom which are still busy and going really well, have about 15 on the class tonight so going to sit down and redo the plan to make it a little harder for them.

    Check in day tomorrow so will keep you guys posted!

    Busy busy day today, got a full day with clients at work as well as training. It’s leg day which is my favourite day of the week. Felt really ready to smash out a good leg session.

    Training went well managed to improve my technique on the banded hack squats, which is the exercise I dislike the most. But managed the same weight but for more reps so going to try build up the weight next week. Although the gyms open on Saturday so I think my plan is slightly changing which is exciting!!

    Checked in today, slightly holding onto water with lack of sleep and rest due to opening up a new business and trying to get things done. So going to try get a couple of early nights to see if that rest will help.

    I have similar exercises when I do my Pull and Legs days, but I would vary the rep ranges to add some differences or maybe do a hight rep range then a heavy so you have blood pumping in the area already

    Dragged out my birthday all the way through to today!! So was meant to have a garden party yesterday but the weather wasn’t agreeing with it so rearrange it for this afternoon.

    Was such lovely weather and had a great afternoon with a BBQ, was rest day food so cooked my turkey burgers on there with my bagel thins so felt like I was having a burger. Was lovely to see my friends out of work and to spent to quality time with people.

    Apart from that not done much apart from having a good time with friends and family which I rarely do so was a nice change. Just of out for a walk now to get the rest of my steps in.

    You need to find something that you can switch your mind of too. Personally depends what mood I am in.

    If I want to learn I end up flicking through YouTube or watching the JP videos to fire me up.

    But if I’m in a can’t be bothered mood I watch friends on Netflix’s ?

    Checked in today after my birthday meal out, only went up 1lbs which I’m really surprised at but it just shows when you stick to the plan it pays of.

    I ended up having:

    Sourdough bread
    1kg Fillet steak
    Large chips
    Veg

    Was the best birthday meal ever! I haven’t been out since December so it was definitely worth the wait, it was really strange eating out though as all the tables were spaced out and it wasn’t as busy as it usually would be but then I suppose not many people want to go out at the moment.

    Trained as well today, with all the extra food Push session was really good definitely going to feel that tomorrow. Felt like I could lift more and weights went up again. So looking forward to being in a propa gym this time next week excited isn’t the word. Just need a good few weeks in the gym to help grow my hamstrings a bit more before Alicante .

    It’s my Birthday!! ??

    Absolutely love birthdays think it good to spend the day with loved ones and the things you love to do the most. Which for me is the gym ?

    Bit of a strange day today, as I am training I’ve been allowed an off-plan meal out. So we’re going to a steak house to have steak and chips… which I haven’t had a meal out since January so I’m very excited to be in normal clothes and to relax.

    Trained Pull today, session went really well. Feel strong at the moment with the amount of food that I’m eating so I’m really happy at the position that I am at atm.

    Ted (the Puppy) has his second lot of vacations this afternoon so will be giving him lots of cuddles after that. Then going out tonight!! Perfect day ❤️
