Cybex shoulder press
Seated lateral machine raise
Single arm row
Rear delt flysBeen food shopping this afternoon then chilled for the rest of the evening as I’ve been absolutely knackered can’t wait for a sleep in tomorrow

Afternoon so fell asleep on the sofa last night at about 8pm was absolutely knackered so didn’t post last night. It was a busy day working as well as a leg day so it killed me off.
Luckily today has been rest day so managed to sleep in and check in weights come down a touch and photos are looking better about 5 weeks to go now so very excited. Been on a walk this afternoon and going to finish my steps later with the dogs when it cools down.

Evening, so rest day for me today and also checked in weight was down again atm I’m at 126.5lbs not ready yet still a bit to go but not changes to plan and I’m happy with how things are going.
Been filming with Aaron today for my new launch of my coaching business which launches Sunday! Very excited to get going and see where it goes

Evening! Been a super busy day for me checked in this morning at around 5.30am as I was up early for work. Seeing Kuba in person on Wednesday just to check everything and see if we’re where we need to be.
Been legs today:
Adductors
Hypertension
Glute drive
Cable kickback
Spilt squatsFinished off with abs – plank and leg raises
Not long left to go now, 6 weeks

Personally I love to go for a walk to clean my mind I also like to make sure I’m busy! This year I’ve tried to keep up my social side up as well which has helped spending time with friends and family which I usually find hard but not struggled this year at all

Another warm one today!!! Yesterday I went to Alton towers all day with a friend had an amazing day absolutely loved it!
Today I’ve been working all morning and then went for a nice walk with the dogs later this evening. Also trained legs today very good session but was very warm which is hard with my epilepsy as I have to be careful when I get hot as sometimes I end up having seizures but managed to be able to get a good session just took a little longer than usual!

Evening been a busy day didn’t have work but had a couple of pt clients and been having to get up early to make sure the dogs can get a walk in with it being so hot. It was leg day today as well workout was:
Adductor
Hip thrusts
Hypertension
RDLs
Glute kickbackHad a bit of a mishap too dropped a 20kg plate right in middle of my foot so that’s all swollen and couldn’t practice posing today as I can’t get my bloody shoe on

Well it’s been amazing weather today but I am glad it was rest day as I think I might have melted away if I’d of done legs. Hoping it’s a little cooler tomorrow as it’s legs 😂😂
Had a busy day asked the dogs this morning, dentist and prepped food for working this afternoon. Also went to put some flowers down as my friend has died over the weekend it’s been hard but hopefully it gets easier in the next couple of days x
