Best way personally either jacket potatoes in over or air fryer or cut them into cut pop them in the oven for 4 mins then air fry for 15mins there nice and crispy

Evening so been to see kuba today in person he’s happy with how things are going so far abput 7lbs to go in 8 weeks. Still doesn’t feel like I’m on prep feels strange not having cardio or low food but everything is working so no complains
Been to watch gladiators today saw Jamie was a good show can’t wait until it’s on tv as it was a bit slow as they kept having to restart to keep filming.

Chill weekend this one had a good one just been absolutely knackered so took some time to chill out and relax and get everything together. Feeling a lot bette today but looking forward to a good sleep tonight as I feel like I haven’t slept in 2 days managed to still get everything done but just took longer nice walks and family time was needed

It’s been a rest day today and on the normal prep food again I have been very hungry today 😅
But I need to be a lot leaner for show and I have enjoyed my rest. Been very busy forgotten how hard it is to get 15,000 steps when I’m not at work either feel like I’ve been on my feet all day.
Just the boring jobs at home today but got a new sofa being delivered tomorrow hopefully it fits through the door I’ll let you know. 8 weeks till I’m back on stage and it feels like it’s coming so quickly

Hey I get really bad migraines the only thing that has ever helped me is when I get a cluster or it happens a lot I rest and drink loads I’m talking over 7 litres

Last day of the diet break break I know that tomorrow I’m going to be hungry but it’s part of the process just can’t wait till I’m actually ready and on stage
Been a busy day had some work to do this morning as well as some 1-2-1 posing clients then did a leg session which has absolutely killed me off, worked this evening just got home so straight to bed

I’d agree with Jordan here it would be better to get a small treadmill there are quite a few that a small that would fit under your desk

Evening weight up slightly today with more food the last couple of days around 131lbs now but feeling great tiredness has gone and feeling a lot fresher so can’t wait to be able to get back into it.
It’s been a rest day today but had work early morning then this afternoon I’ve done my client checks ins then chilled out and caught up on some sleep which was well needed

Hope everyone has had an amazing bank holiday I know that I have been on a diet break still on one until Wednesday been doing weight check ins daily as well as photos every other day.
Spent the weekend with friends it’s been incredible nice to have the time to relax and chill as well not having to think about training or getting steps in. Trained today glutes was a very good session enjoyed it! Had loads of energy and was able to go up in weight also

Been on the rest day food today having to rest till Sunday which is killing me only been day 1 but I know that I need it took a nap this afternoon after work as getting up at 4.30am is hard 😅
Been doing bit for work today and tidying house not got work till Tuesday so I can really relax over the weekend and make the most of it which I’m excited about. Steps down to 8000 which was hard to stick to but just about managed it
