    So today I’ve checked in and decided that we’re doing an earlier show!!! So my first show will be the big man weekend in Benidorm on the 30th July which is around 11 weeks away!!!

    I can’t believe I’ll be ready early thing the holiday that I’ve just had has really helped me relax and destress this prep has been easy since I’ve been back and I’m loving every second can’t wait to be back on that stage again. Bring it on

    We’ve just got a compex machine with my partner having a partial tear a lot with rugby and he’s finding it’s healing quicker if it’s taking a while

    Early morning start at work hate getting up at 4.30 am but has to be done. Had some new equipment today at the gym more glute machines which was good to try the pannata machines.

    Had a leg session today this one’s my favourite I had:

    Adductor
    Hypertension
    Leg press
    Spilt squats
    Glute kickbacks

    Very good session tried a different leg press today as the one I usually use was out of order but it felt so much better than the other one so will be sticking with that.

    Very busy day!!!

    Had nails this morning as well as a morning walk with the dogs to do some fasted steps. Then had a couple of posing clients at work.

    I then decided it was a good idea to start the gardening which took ages but it looks so much better!! Did the food shop then prepped all my food for work tomorrow as I’m in early. Finally sat down and eaten my last meal.

    Evening so checked in this morning and feeling really good about prep this time everything is moving how it’s suppose to for once and I’m actually still quite full with meals and strength is still really good.

    Trained glutes today and had such a good session was still able to do all my weights as usual and upped my reps on the spilt squats. Might be doing an earlier show if I’m ready on time so that will be good if I can as I think the show is in Spain.

    Eccentric movements will be best to rehab your knee my partner did his and found doing single leg extensions helped I’d also try light single leg press to get it moving again

    I always found that the bike wasn’t too good for legs but the stair master was great as long as your keep it away fro leg days I think you’ll be fine

    So what was posted above was meant to have been posted last night this is todays log:

    Busy day today, been getting ready to go back to work tomorrow. Went to the gym to do upper this morning very good session nothings changed on the training side atm but everything is going really well on todays session I had:

    Cable Lat raise
    Machine shoulder press
    Laying cuffed raises
    Single arm rows
    Rear delt flys
    Abs

    This afternoon been to my mums and took the dogs for a walk to get my steps in just chilling this evening

    Evening so today has been the first day back at the gym had such a good session was nice to be back in my own environment again.

    Managed to stick to the weights that I’ve been doing but I just eased myself back into it. This afternoon I’ve been watching rugby which was nice as I haven’t been to a game in a while because of work. Finished my steps of this evening with the dogs feel better that I’m back home and back into my routine as I do like staying in my own place on prep

    Evening so still on holiday but I’m absolutely loving my time here been able to train and still eat well so happy that I’ve been able to come away it’s stunning been to the gym today been able to do most things too my legs are killing so I’ve been able to train well at least. Been for a walk a long the harbour as well today which was nice

    Another day in paradise it’s absolutely amazing here for everything I need. Food is amazing and I’ve been able to stick to plan mostly and train the gym here is incredible love it so much! Had a really chilled day just relaxed all day and went for a walk to get some steps in by going shopping so happy that we’ve come away definitely something we needed and I know im going to feel 100% better after this
