    Busy day, rest day today but always put a lot in as I only get a few days of work.

    Food shop, nails, lashes, shopping trip with a friend and taught spin tonight which I absolutely love. Had online check check ins today as well and I also checked in myself. Weight is still at 132lbs and I’m happy with how I’m looking into the third week! Back on track and routine is back in order so really pleased with how everything is going!

    Hey, personally I would do your spilt your main lifts squats RDLs Leg press into hip hinge day and quad focus day just to be able to get the full benefits from the moves and be able to lift the weight as I know I’d struggle with squats and RDLs on same day

    Finally back to training properly I will add my log book from today.

    Been back at work too been amazing to get back to my routine got up early this morning and took the dogs for a walk then went to work for PT clients. Went to the gym this afternoon then chilled before work again tonight.

    Like these have said a basic treadmill will do the trick there’s ones that fold away that work well

    Had such a good day today checked in this morning weight is around 132lbs 7lbs up from show 3 weeks ago so weight is going up steady!

    Been to Whitby today with the dogs and Adam which was lovely walked around the beach and the shops prepped my food before as I like to make sure I still stick to plan. Rest of the day it was in the car because I had a lay in this morning and didn’t wake up till 9am which never happens so much of needed it. I’ve been ill for the past couple of days so have my body the rest it needed!

    Finally feel normalish!! Well I’ve managed to train and clean the house and go do a food shop so now I’m ready for next week and the weekend.

    Had such a good session today but I’ve started from scratch with my training and making sure that I really concentrate on my glutes while training and going to slowly increase the weight so that I can get stronger and make sure that I’m using the right muscles as the aim is to grow the glutes so going to make sure that it happens.

    So today hasn’t been much better I’ve been resting all day I’ve been ill again so I have been in bed all day so not much to report hopefully I’ll feel better soon making the most of resting sticking to rest day food and hoping that I will feel better soon. I have had an iv drip the other day which I think had worked as I do think I would have felt worse if not I always get ill after a show and this time I have been with family after show who have had covid and I think I have definitely got the worst of it my Nan has been really ill and I have been the same I’m hoping after the rest and staying away from everyone I will have recovered and got better x

    Day 3 of not being well, full of flu and hoping I’m going to feel better as today all I have done it rest and sleep haven’t been able to eat much as I wasn’t able to but feeling a little better than yesterday so that’s a bonus. Going to relax again tomorrow and hopefully I can train Friday.

    Todays been a bit of a crappy day! Haven’t been able to do much as I’ve been very unwell I’ve been for a couple of walks to get my steps in and luckily it was rest day anyways so slept and rested when I wasn’t working.

    Also had an iv drip today which I’m hoping will help me get better soon, fingers crossed that I’m better tomorrow so that I can train!

    Back to the usual today, morning walks with the dogs then work this morning.

    Trained legs today had a good session but absolutely full of cold atm and not feeling too great. I always get like this after prep which is so annoying I’m getting an iv drip tomorrow so hoping that it helps and I start to feel better later this week.

    Worked this evening too with PT clients just going to chill this evening and get an early night and pray to feel better tomorrow

    Personally I’ve had trouble with broccoli but I’m ok with tenderstem but I think it’s what you can digest getting lots of different types in is better just so you can get all your vitamins from food

    Been a good day, had work this morning and taught spin which I have missed teaching and was good to be back.

    Also been to watch rugby this afternoon the finale which they won I’m so proud and happy for them been super busy with shows to be able to watch all of the games but I’m so pleased that I got to witness this one it was amazing and I’m so happy for the team.

    This evening we’re celebrating there win and I’m socialising with a few people nice to be a bit normal made sure I’ve prepped all my food for today as there was nothing out so I’m glad that I did. Relaxing tomorrow so looking forward to that

    One last rest day before I can train tomorrow so I made sure that I rested where I could in between work and also got a full body massage as everywhere was tight and achy.

    Really excited to get back to training tomorrow so excited to start this offseason and to make it better than the last I feel like I have a goal and happy with how things are going so far!

    Back to normal today been on the new food plan since Tuesday and absolutely loving it haven’t been of plan and digestion is perfect. I am going out for a nice meal Saturday and spending some time with family so excited about that.

    Although it was hard to stop competing this year I’m very happy now I know I need to be better and I know that next year if I grow like I have this year I’ll be where I need to be to be hitting those top placings.

    Today has been a busy day, food shop, walks with the dogs, work this morning with PT and online posing clients

    Agree with these guys here, definitely adding in some veg and maybe play around with fat so almond butter, avocado etc

    I’d also be adding in some fruit to make sure your getting all your nutrients in.
