Totally agree with Clare I can’t personally use yoghurt as my digestion is rubbish with it but if there no issues I’d use it as it’s got a high amount of protein. Added white raspberry protein in the yoghurt also is amazing x

150g Banna 20g iso wheyHigher food again today 😅 weight dropped this morning from 126.5lbs to 124.6lbs don’t ask me how as I don’t know how my body is eating this amount of food so close to a show. Just shows that a decent offseason works and if you stick to plan 100% and have no health issues like I had last year it’s an easy graft!
Leg session today was amazing all numbers were up and felt amazing during the session. Always make sure it counts and I’m pretty impressed I got 300kg for 16reps today on the leg press that’s more than I did in offseason

Spilt squats is a good idea to add in, agree with kuba and Oscar you won’t be able to recover or do the movement to the fullest adding RDL into pull will help then maybe doing different movements or doing a posture chain day

Been a rest day today and been wedding dress shopping and I’ve fallen in love with a dress but to make sure going to look at other places first to make sure.

Got a client staying with me tonight as well as she has no where to stay so just need to sort out the spare room for her then I can chill!
