    Totally agree with Clare I can’t personally use yoghurt as my digestion is rubbish with it but if there no issues I’d use it as it’s got a high amount of protein. Added white raspberry protein in the yoghurt also is amazing x

    Higher food again today 😅 weight dropped this morning from 126.5lbs to 124.6lbs don’t ask me how as I don’t know how my body is eating this amount of food so close to a show. Just shows that a decent offseason works and if you stick to plan 100% and have no health issues like I had last year it’s an easy graft!

    Leg session today was amazing all numbers were up and felt amazing during the session. Always make sure it counts and I’m pretty impressed I got 300kg for 16reps today on the leg press that’s more than I did in offseason

    Spilt squats is a good idea to add in, agree with kuba and Oscar you won’t be able to recover or do the movement to the fullest adding RDL into pull will help then maybe doing different movements or doing a posture chain day

    Food for today weight is 126.4 and saw Kuba this afternoon and we are right on track!! So happy with how everything is going 🙂 can’t believe I’m 10 days out.

    These have hit it on the head you don’t need to overdo it as it will stop recover twice a week would be perfect start slow and increase the time and intensity as you get fitter

    Had such a good time away was a good idea spending some time with Adam and away from work and the house. On high food again today it’s been rest day today but been for a walk around Bolton abbey this morning then came home this afternoon as we both had work this evening.

    Todays food was a lot!! I’m absolutely stuffed 😅 never thought I’d say that in prep!! Been away for the day to a spa and stayed over so was nice to have some time away and another meal. Feeding up tomorrow as well but been amazing to have a spa day and massage

    Totally depends usually a refeed is for higher calorie intake usually for clients I would reduce steps to allow the body to rest and use the food

    Higher food today weight dropped this morning from rest day yesterday down to 122 this morning. Been a busy day trained legs this afternoon which took a while as it was so hot in the gym. Then went to work and practiced my posing with a few clients. Just sitting down now to chill for the evening – 2 weeks out!!

    Slightly up this morning with the higher food today, so slight changes to baseline calories. Went to Kubas this morning for an in person check in we’re on track and I’m so happy with how I’m looking atm just want it to be stage time already.

    Been a rest day today and been wedding dress shopping and I’ve fallen in love with a dress but to make sure going to look at other places first to make sure.

    Rest of the day I’ve been doing client work and check ins and trying to relax as much as possible.

    Food for today weight was back down to 120.4lbs nearly stage weight again I don’t know where all this food is going 😂 legs today went really well been so busy today and with PT clients and posing clients only just got home from work. Got a client staying with me tonight as well as she has no where to stay so just need to sort out the spare room for her then I can chill!

    All I do is weight out my cor add water into my bowl and stir in the cor steadily then keep adding water to make it smoother. Adding in protein especially iso makes it smoother
