Slightly more food today, usual rest day food but added 100g potatoes on M3&5 which I’m glad about as today I’ve been so hungry.
Weight this morning was 122.4lbs so 1lb up from higher food yesterday trying to stay as still as I can in order to rest properly.
Been to Luton today, I’m the car on the way home – Adams driving. Interviewing for the Arnold’s UK 2022 which I’m so excited to get on that stage again as last year it was incredible.

30g isoHigher food today, weight was down again this morning absolutely loving this prep don’t even feel like I’m in prep. Trained legs today was a good session all the weights have gone up. Which is with the higher food but energy levels aren’t great so I’ve been napping before training which has helped a lot!

So I usually have a meal after show then one the day afterwards like breakfast etc.
But planning your meals so you have everything in them that you have been craving during prep is a good start.
I wouldn’t consume too much offplan food in a rebound as it is the best time to grow

Another rest day today I’ve had to change up my training this week as I am heading to London on Wednesday for the Arnolds interview looking forward to that.
Checked in this morning my way was 122lbs, My baseline calories have gone up so I’ve been sticking to the rest day plan today so we’ll see what my weight does tomorrow really happy with how my physique is looking I look a lot fuller and fresher and can’t wait to step on stage again.
Been a busy day one-to-one clients this morning and then Online Client work had acupuncture and sports massage this evening as well as one-to-one PT clients and Posing Clients just got home couple more meals to eat and then bedtime as I’ve got a long day tomorrow.

So this is the new baseline calories for now as my weight has been dropping loads over the past few days, after the good yesterday I’m a lot fuller and up 4lbs but in a couple of days I’m hoping I hold this and look even better.
Been to Malham cove today for a walk with the dogs and then chilled for the rest of the day and watched the Elvia movie with I highly recommend!!

Agree with Peter what foods digest well? COR always is easy to digest and taste amazing so if you’ve had it in your diet I’d use this

Rest day today as I’ve had a photoshoot at the beach with Pheebs had such a good day but it was very long! I can’t wait to see the photos as they are going to look amazing. Glad it was warm as we needed up doing a few in the sea which was freezing but had such a good time.
Normal rest day food today weight dropped 3lbs this morning back down to 121lbs want it to be around 125/126 on stage so 3 weeks to keep pushing up slowly to make it count. Getting real now going to USA and I can’t wait to get there and take part in a show there and get the experience.
Got home late this evening 1 more meal then early to bed tonight as I have a busy day tomorrow with work.

Managed to have a lay in this morning which was nice and checked in person with Kuba. Everything is going to plan we are slowly filling up so today has been rest day and been on usual food which is a lot less than I’ve been used to the past couple of days so I’m starving 😂
Been a productive day had client check ins this morning when I got home then got a terrible migraine so went to the chiropractor and acupuncture to help which has definitely migraine has gone and I feel loads better.
Took the dogs for a walk this afternoon and this evening I’ve just been chilling out and relaxing as I have a busy day tomorrow with a photoshoot which I know will take it out of me.

So I agree with what has been said with a PPL spilt or Upper lower your going to hit more during the week so if you want to grow I personally would be doing one of these spilts optimising recovery
