Normal rest day food today weight has started to stay the same which is good.
Had posing clients all morning till late afternoon then I’ve not done anything else just been relaxing and chilling out as much as possible try to do as little steps as possible so that I’m fresh for tomorrow to train.
4 weeks till the next show in Washington so looking forward to it!

Checking in everyday still no food changes today still on usual food it’s rest day today but had a busy day.
Fasted walk with the dogs then Posing clients for a couple of hours at work in the new studio.
Went to watch rugby today was super warm but took all my food and spent some time in the shade as I get sunstroke really easy with my meds. Just got home had a really nice day was nice to see everyone and actually feel like I could socialise as being on a little more food has helped.

20g almond butterAnother high day today. Leg session as well today ended up training in another gym with aircon which was so much better and I had a better session some of the equipment was amazing too and I absolutely loved it!
Went to have an in person check in with Kuba today and did some posing some small tweaks that I need to work on that make it look so much better very excited to get back on stage again!!

20g almond butterFood for today… weight was 121 this morning wanting to get stage weight around 124lbs this time so slowly increasing slightly each day to get things right.
Been filming today for the JP site had a such a good session but was super warm in the gym so going to have to train somewhere with aircon this week as it’s hard with my epilepsy to train as one of my triggers is getting to hot and I don’t want to put myself back by having a seizure

I agree with Clare here 4 week plans won’t work you’ll get a good start but it takes longer to lose weight than 4 weeks you need at least 10-12 at least. You need a decent coach to help you through all of the athletes do coaching just depends what your looking for

Agree with everyone on here, try and plan your day properly where that’s getting up earlier or pre planning walks outside of work.
Output is output if you need to do more then add lower volume cardio to get your output more

Checked in this morning weight down again 😂🤣 after higher food yesterday. Still on the normal amount today it’s rest day and been trying to do as little steps as possible.
Been to view a venue for our wedding today near us it was absolutely beautiful and I think it’s the one just need to start making decisions which is scary.
This afternoon I’ve been doing online client check ins prep clients are doing well and I’m very excited for them to step in stage this year!
Also been and seen Phoebe today and she’s checked over my posing always good to have another view of someone to make sure your not too critical and so you don’t miss anything.

Agree with the guys I use 2g but when it’s hot I use more. But like Peter said it won’t hurt if you add a bit more

It’s so annoying as I thought your shoulders looked fucking incredible ! But I know I am bias to more muscle , but genuinely your physique to me, is SO much better than the winner ! Well done on bringing an insane insane physique to the stage

Busy day today, checked in this morning weight was up 1lbs after the burger last night.
Went to Kuba and Megs this mourning and travelling down to JPs gym to train and do the photoshoot today. Had such a good session but my legs are in absolute bits now!!
Session went like this:
Hip thrusts
Leg Press (hams and glute)
Split Squats
B Stance RDLs
Cable kickbacks
Upper back pull downI have 1 upper exercise after every leg day just to too bits up.
Just got home now but I prepped all my food today only 1 more meal left just going to chill out till bed time as I’m absolutely knackered after today.
