    Still checking in everyday now weight was still the same this morning but only had 1 day back on plan photos look tons better though.

    Been a nice day had online client check ins this morning then took the dogs out for a walk. Had a sports massage and acupuncture this afternoon which was needed and killed but feel loads better.

    I’ve been chilling out today so that I’m ready to hit the gym again tomorrow had a bath after the massage then finished some house work off and chilled for the rest of the evening after practicing some posing.

    Personally I would try do cardio away from training, just because you may not recover properly. I would be doing LISS cardio or if you enjoy HIIT maybe just twice a week I wouldn’t be doing it daily

    Had such a good day today checked in this morning and back on plan today! Weights up a couple of pounds from the extra food Sunday and holding onto a bit of water from that too but nothing that will last.

    Got 5 weeks to bring the package that the judges are wanting which is a little fuller and less shoulders which I can do by not training upper plus posing changes.

    Today I’ve been to Bolton Abbey and been on a long walk with the dogs and spend some time with Adam which was needed had the day of work to really chill and have some downtime.

    Sorry I haven’t updated my log in the past two days been a manic time with shows etc.

    So I placed 5th in the Sherru Classic show on Saturday I am very happy with how I looked on stage the posing and the package that I brought.

    The feedback was to come in a little fuller and less conditioned as well as no more shoulders so that’s definitely something we can work on for the next shows this year.

    Todays been lovely woke up early then left the apartment been out for lunch today at Nando’s which was something I fancied then back on plan tomorrow so I can do the changes that’s needed.

    Will post my new training spilt as I do it basically legs legs legs

    To answer your last question I would do cardio before last meal as you might find yourself not being able to sleep deep into prep with being hungry
