Checked in this morning with Kuba in person so I don’t have photos today but everything is ok on track and just gliding into the show. Not done much today last pump upper session at the gym then had work this evening tried to keep my steps low but with work it’s hard but today has been the last day so hopefully I can rest the rest of the week.

Weights dropped again today to 120lbs, no changes today just been told to rest as much as I can now until show day.
Managed to get legs in today but had a hypo near the end of the session which I’ve never had before and was awful but I managed to get home safe so that was a bonus.
Had a good leg session before then though got some good numbers and hit everything that I did last week which I’m pleased with.
This afternoon I’ve been sat down at rugby watching the game enjoyed it but felt knackered so came back home after and had a nap. Just chilling this evening.

Like what these guys have said calories in vs output as long as your in a deficit and doing cardio steps etc you’ll drop weight

So I went to Kubas this morning to check in person, we are finally ready just need to stay like this until show day. Same food as I posted yesterday it’s a lot higher than it has been and my body has been responding well.
Yohimbine is now out and added in 5mcg of Anavar to add a little fullness. Been a good day didn’t have clients this morning went for a walk with the dogs before I went to see Kuba. Then went straight to the gym to practice done posing in my new bikini I absolutely love it and I can’t wait to have it on stage.
Steps have dropped to 10k and no cardio now either so spent the day catching up with some online client work and relaxing trying to put my feet up as much as I can until show day.

You need to keep your heart rate in a fat burn zone usually 120-130bpm but different for everyone I’d keep an eye on your HR and make sure it doesn’t go to high personally I only have to have it on level 6 but you also need to find a price of cardio equipment that doesn’t wipe you out also

Checked in this morning and down to 10,000 steps today been feeling really tired the past couple of days probably because of the heat.
Didn’t have work this morning but I still couldn’t sleep in my body clock is always wake me up at 6 am did make sure that I rested this morning so I didn’t get any steps in then this afternoon I had a couple of Posing Client in my new studio.
This evening I’ve been relaxing and chilling out which has done me good it’s been rest day today so been able to chill.

I don’t use this anymore but I used to have it before bed so that was slow releasing while I was asleep. Not to sure if it matters or not
