    Wow it’s been warm today!! Training was so hard in this heat but managed to get everything done and still stick to my weights so that was good at least.

    It was legs which was my favourite session;

    Hip thrusts
    Leg press
    Bulgarian spilt squats
    B Stance RDLs
    Glute kickbacks

    Steps have been reduced to 11,000 which I’ve just about stuck to but gone slightly over with doing bits at the new place. Not long to go now until show day just pushing through the last bit.

    Back on plan today Trained upper this afternoon been in work this morning to finish off bits that needed doing with the new building and then went over to see Kuba after training.

    Was a tough session because of the heat but managed to be able to get everything done no cardio now after upper or in the morning just fastest steps and 15,000 steps daily.

    Nearly ready now just checking in every day as there might be changes that needed, nearly there now!! 12 days to go…

    Agree with what Clare has said I would only really do cardio for fitness in a bulk and I don’t know whether you’ll recover from that amount 7 days a week

    Weight was down again to 120.6 this morning another new low that mean 5lbs down in 2 days absolutely mad!! Feel so much better for having the rest and the time to sort out the new business.

    It’s my birthday today but spent the day sorting work out sitting down as I was ordered to rest again same food as the past two days no more cardio no as we are nearly ready can’t wait!!

    Can’t believe we will open our new business tomorrow with new premises and I’m able to have my own posing studio and a much bigger space for weights and functional exercises will be so good!

    So checked in this morning and weight has dropped loads 122.6lbs lowest weight yet from the extra food yesterday and full days rest. So today I’m on the same plan as yesterday higher food but no steps so I’ve literally chilled all day.

    It was moving in day into our new premises so I’ve been back and forth there today to make sure that everything was going to plan was really hard not to help as I love doing stuff like that but I knew I could so just watched 😂

    Really enjoying the process still and I think that the rest and extra food has really helped 2 weeks until I step on stage can’t wait to be up there.

    I personally find cor digest loads better so it might be better and you can make it have more volume too

    Kuba is happy with how things are going at the moment after checking in this morning I’m visually getting leaner and only a bit to go then I’ll be ready. Can’t wait to see the final look.

    It’s been a hectic day today done the usual cardio which is now 40mins then my walk with the dogs.

    Spent the rest of the day painting and cleaning our new premises that we move into over the weekend as it needs fully redecorating which is a task in itself but I’m sure we will get it done just meant a lot of work today.

    Also got some exciting news I’ve been signed by 3 modelling agencies today that are wanting to represent me to take me into my modelling career in fitness modelling super excited and can’t wait until the work comes in.

    Daily 4500 steps to be done fasted after supps

    30 minutes cardio post workout on upper body days

    Agree with all of these strap it up so you don’t catch it training and adjust exercises to help it heal

    I had this problem and I had inflammation in my wrist from using straps too much and had to get a steroid injection but the guys are right if you’ve added in growth that can cause inflammation and also the increase in food can do this also

    Back down to 123.8lbs this morning a couple more lbs and I’ll be ready in time to rest and recover before show.

    Had a good day been super warm so was a hard training session especially with the 20mins cardio after my upper session. So it’s been 50mins of cardio today as well as this mornings and also made sure I got some posing in and the rest of my steps.

    Had work this evening then went food shopping to get some boys just relaxing now as I’m dead but filming tomorrow for JP site.

    Checked in as usual this morning weight is slightly up but we have added in Prima 0.5 daily to help during this last bit of prep.

    I’m very excited to see these changes happened over the next coming weeks.
    Not done much today cardio and fasted walk this morning then I had a couple of 1-2-1 posing clients along with doing some of my own posing at work.

    Rest of the day visited family and sunbathed outside, I now have an amazing tan just ready for show time.
