I would highly recommend sticking to food sources that you’ve already eaten in prep so you don’t get any digestion issues
Personally I use cor as my main source as it digest well and tastes amazing

When clients are like this with me I get them to make sure there planning in front! It’s the best way to keep on top of everything I’ve been there I’ve been really ill before so don’t think that having time off will hinder you just make sure your food is still on top and make time for yourself if not you’ll just find yourself very stressed

New low weight this morning 123.8lbs which is the lowest this prep!!
Really happy with how things are going everything is just coming into place and I can’t believe I am three weeks out.
Did the usual this morning checked in 30 minutes of cardio then walk down to work to get my fasted steps in had a couple of clients this morning then came home and took the dogs on a nice long walk.
We are in the process of getting new premises for our gym so I’ve been there this afternoon helping out and then went to the gym to train legs was a good session managed to keep the weight that I did last week plus a few extra reps so I am pleased with that getting very tired now but still making sure that I’m pushing through each session.
This evening I’ve just done the housework food shop and just made sure that food is prepped for tomorrow as I am in and out of the house all day.

Checked in this morning weight was slightly up but it was legs yesterday and usually it does.
Been rest day today, had a very busy day fasted cardio 30mins then steps 4500.
Work this morning was a nightmare I was super tired and ending up having a nap in between clients which made me feel loads better.
Drove to Durham today to film for a new blood clinic so had some photos done and explaining about what there setting up. Got back home and took the dogs out for another walk to get the res rod my steps in and took a bath to try and chill out.

Weights down again today really happy with how things are going enjoying this prep and I know I keep saying this but I can’t wait to get on stage.
Been a busy day today, checked in then fasted cardio 30mins and steps 4500 then had to do some online check ins for clients I’m really happy with how my clients are getting on and the progression on this side of my business.
Had acupuncture this afternoon as I have hurt my lats there really tight and struggling to sleep because of it. Feels a lot better and I have been stretching this evening to help it too.
Trained this afternoon was leg day it was such a hard session:
Hip thrusts x2 12-15
Hip dom squat x2 10-12
Single leg press x2 12-15
Walking lunges x1 40reps
Adductor x2 15-20
Lying leg curl x2 10-12 12-15Had a massage afterwards on my legs just to loosen them off just sat chilling at home as I’m battered but had a good day.

Weight down again 126.9lbs lowest weight so far so everything is going in the right direction!! Couple more pounds of and then I should be ready.
Been rest day today did the usual fast cardio and steps then had a couple of 1-2-1 posing clients at work this afternoon.
Then the boring things food shop, house clean and a bit of work that needed doing. Managed to get a massage and relax in the hot tub this evening and chill the rest.

I’d start with some mobility work to make sure your warming up properly then I would regress the weight and re access the form on your RDLs
