I do feel like the nasal tanners tend to make your face more tanned rather than your body. But IMO the inj are better than the nasal ones.
I like to have them at night so you can sleep on any ‘sicky’ feeling it may give you, but after the first few days you tend to get used to it

Nasal spray you won’t get the sick feeling that you might perhaps get with injections, but the spray is just as effective. If you opted to go for injections doing it pre-bed will limit the sick feeling you would get. Nasal spray alongside sunbeds a few times a week and you will get good results. I don’t use it myself lol I’m tanned enough ha, but my gf does and has got good results

i would not use NPP at all in this situation personally.
I would be opting for test and masteron. Much better combo when looking to cut fat off.

Hey, so I agree with Hilly and Ryan here with saying that you can still run GH ?

Use vital support and cure coming to help with ferritin levels. They help absorb iron within the gut. And yes blood donation every months Will help. GH is fine off cycle.
Cheers Ryan.

yes, you can run GH no issues here

In general I don’t see numbers like this just from 1-2g vit C supplements
In reality as I said as RBC etc isn’t effected negatively there may be no cause for concern
I would personally discuss with
My GP for his opinion if this was me
As I’m not a doctor he will be able to shed more light on this and potentially run tests if needed
Cheers @Hilly will speak to my gp. ?

Cheers for the reply.
Cut out my red meat about 10 weeks ago.
I eat Turkey now for every meal (5 meals daily), 220 g protein in total. Rice is my go to Carb source, and extra virgin olive oil as my go to good fat source.
Because my urea levels were 15 when I first had bloods taken 8 weeks ago, I lowered my protein to try to get my urea levels more into range.
I do eat alot of pinapple and vegetables.
I have read (don’t know how true this is) that excess amounts of vitamin c (I do supplement with vit c in addition to that from food ) can enhance iron absorption? Could this be why my iron levels are increased? Should I decrease my vit c input? Also, seen that normal ferritin levels can range between 300 – 1000 ug/l? So would 700 be in range despite classed as high on my results?
I supplement with Vital Support, Vit C, Vit B6, and Omega 3.
Cheers.
