Hi bud, personally don’t think it hinders the following session as long as it’s programmed with appropriate volume and it all makes sense. What I mean by it making sense is if you deadlift on Monday lower and then do a bent over row on Tuesday upper. There’s going to be some negative crossover. BUT you can programme it to negate this.
Which raises a question. What exercises will you be doing in the sessions? That’s where we can be of further help.
Hi mate. Would be an RDL in one of the lower days. Would this be better if it was the day before push so there’s 0 pulling movements in that session? In the upper session tho there would be a chest supported row and a pulldown.

But why is the leg sessions having to come before push, pull and upper? I ask this because my son had to do this around another sport. Are you a footballer/rugby player?Kuba and Marc are spot on, but is this because you prefer it or is there a reason?

If you’re developing the side delt doing what you’re doing, no need to change it. Can you make it better? You’ll not know unless you try.
I do 3 sets at the same weight. Setting 1,5,3. The movement gets harder in the ‘stretch’. It allows me to get the delts shortened easier as I go through the sets.

Firstly need to address why this is happening? Could be just a tight muscle and a bit of tissue work helps, plus better posture?
Lat pullovers single arm really help me and then I do some dead hangs and scapula retractions. Not necessary for a lot of people and just warming up on the movements you’ll do in your session, but my body has been beat up from a previous career so I need to do them.

Go for it. You’re progressing, you aren’t wrecked I’m guessing? Add sets where you think you can get away with it and see what happens session-to-session.

So would I be right in saying your day is…
Wake—>gym—>work—>home and bed with your meals in between?
Where is Andrew time? Do you ever get time to do something you like around all of that or even just chill and decompress? You need time to switch off at some point. The moments before bed are spent driving/travelling, still coming down from a day’s work and having to prepare food.
You can’t sacrifice work, it pays the bills and allows you to enjoy building a physique, you can’t sacrifice your sleep (make it better if anything). Your training a FBEOD split so 7 sessions every fortnight?
Are your FB sessions long? Would it be of benefit to maybe do a shorter session in the gym (U/L or PPL?) and you may have some scope to move your session to after work and sleep 10-6 for eg? You could also still train in the morning but have an extra hour to sleep meaning you can have an extra the night before just relaxing?

Rice is just easier and kinder on the stomach for me. You could always mix it up if you like both.
I like pasta, but sometimes just feel a bit bloated, but then I’ll be starving an hour later. Weird.

Okay and yes I may consider that doesn’t sound very smart but I’ll do my best to keep learning and improving I’ll try the FBEOD split, I’ve started a forum on nutrition Im eating the right foods, rice, cream of rice, pasta, beef, chicken, tuna veg 4 + meals a day I just haven’t been tracking recently which I think is costing me that’s why I was asking but I appreciate the advise
If you’re eating the right foods and just need help with numbers then just use an app like fitnesspal etc.

I’d focus on growing everywhere and a FBEOD split gives you great opportunities to do that.
If you were to do the 2 sets of everything, maybe Upper/Lower/Rest+Repeat would be a better compromise?
As for macros thing, is that not all in place for you already? You’ve jumped on assistance so I’m assuming you’ve got your nutrition locked down? I may have misunderstood the question. 🤷🏻♂️
Have you thought about hiring a coach? I’d recommend it if you’re a bit confused by the whole process.
