Got another couple questions if you wouldn’t mind elaborating I’d like to hear your view..
1) Should we go to failure every set or save it for now & again like the last exercise on the final set. I listened to science folks who recommended natural lifters leave reps in reserve to allow increased overall volume. I’ve since changed going failure on most lifts apart from back squats, deadlift or dangerous movements since listening to JP. Chasing failure means less overall volume when going all out on first sets because of fatigue. So basically asking which approach is best? Leave few in the tank or destroy those fibres.
