Great session again last night .
I’m down to 264 , I’m not noticeably leaner , just a bit smaller , but that weight reduction coupled with fitness work feels excellent!
Lower body today + jumps + sprints + some skipping
I still have a rest day tmo , but from next week I will take out that rest day and then rest when I need to, as I want to start no g.i sessions with Tom ( who we sponsor ) , the pace of them is very fast, and so far I have just watched the ones Corinne does as I haven’t been fit enough to do them , but I’m confident next week I can start
So my week looks from Sunday
Sunday : strength and conditioning
Monday : private g.i
Tuesday : class g.i
Wednesday : S and C
Thursday : private no g.i
Friday : s and c
Sat : class g.i
Sunday : s and c
Will be a solid week of work, depending on how I feel , will look to change that again to 2 g.i . 2 no g.i once I know where I’m at with recovery and how bad Tom fucks me up in his session
What do you prefer more ? GI or no GI

When Corinne and i studied this for our masters , what it actually came down to a lot was perceived difficulty in some vs others .
So what I mean by that, is that some complained that others found it easy to lose weight , and it was actually not because one had to do more, but because one couldn’t do the same amount as the one that found it “ easy”
Eg , 2 people are same height, sex , weight
One eats 2000 cals a day,
Does 20 mins cardio a day and 10,000
Steps a day
The other eats 3000, doesn’t do cardio and does 5000 steps – but moans that they have it harder to lose weight . They just never fully comprehend the work done by others
Energy balance always rules, NOTHING can overcome a deficit , but what occurs 100
Percent of the time is people think they are in a deficit and they aren’t , and then don’t understand they simply don’t adhere to the same level as those in a deficit
Hi Jordan
If someone has problem with thyroid function (gaining lots of weight) . Can they loose weight without thyroid medication? -
Tom one thing I can defo tell you is that it won’t ever feel right , your body 100 percent will be tired a lot. Recovery from hard weights sessions is always tough once your performance is at super high levels and you know how to push hard, so coupling that with then doing hard work ontop in bjj / fighting , you won’t ever feel particularly great , but it will just come down to your goals and sucking it up a lot of the time , I’m super super tired today but whenever I feel this kind of fatigue , there is only one thing i think
Graphic Tshirt/ hoodie with that message would be very cool .

Hey Jan, one of my staple supps that I use when it comes to my joints and niggles is the TBJP nutrition Cure-Coming which I know is a vegan product which is great for inflammation.
Thank you Rhea . I use cure coming 🙂 I was looking for something with collagen or something similar

Morning all! Standard am coughing up shit lol, I will stop updating on that now and just mention when I stop coughing up shit , as based on what you guys have told me, this is going to linger.
Corinne is doing double bjj today, I will just do the one session tonight with her in class ? , gives me the day to get work done!
I will deadlift tmo , now I know that I wake up feeling shit and it passes as the day goes on with some paracetamol, I will just crack on and pull tmo regardless
Hey JP
Have you checked invermectin and glutathione? It did wonders for me -
I’m actually worse today , which is meh , so today is day 5 , yday I thought I I would be totally fine to lift today. More rest
Sorry to hear that Jordan . Try to get invermectin if you can and glutathione + lot Vit D . That sorted me out in 3 days

We just got back from bham, Corinne is working with a bjj coach over there now for 1-2-1 sessions , we obv have to travel , but worth it, the coach is epic. I enjoyed watching a lot. She will be over there twice a week with him on days she isn’t lifting weights
It’s going to be interesting to see how her physique holds , as her primary goal is competing in bjj this year , which means as many sessions as it takes a week to be competitive. This will create a recovery demand that will knock into weight training , so the extent to which that occurs will determine if we see Corinne onstage this year. If the bjj means she can’t come into weights sessions fresh enough to be strong , lifts will drop which means muscle will fuck off , especially not taking anything to protect it. So that will literally be the determining factor , if the look holds , she will compete onstage too as the level of condition needed is a fair bit less than she is used to having to hit so that will be a fairly easy process . Defo an exciting year for her.
With her strength and flexibility she will be really dangerous in BJJ

Thank you guys for suggestions. We are going to try for another baby soon so she can’t use pil . She doesn’t drink enough water so I will buy her some drinking bottle and will book her to Specialist too .

Simply cancel it on the payment method you used , it’s really simple matey , nothing shambles about it , if I have a Netflix account on my PayPal I just cancel my payments on PayPal. Really super simple ( yes I’m patronising as being called a shambles when you can’t simply cancel your payment is highly insulting )
I’m trying to cancel as well . I stopped my PayPal yearly subscription but I can still log in …

Many thanks for the info Hilly. If anything I’ll likely sit on 150 test E a week split into two doses and get bloods done 6-8 weeks after starting then run them every 3 months to start.
I’m 35 and my test level after lockdown (4 months no training) was 10 nmol/l . After few months of training and doing cold showers ( I spray my balls with cold water for as long as I can ) my test went to 26nmol. It would be interested to see if cold showers are working for you as well or I’m just lucky one 🙂

I have seen some other decent anecdotal evidence for that working
Mystery solved then 🙂
