If you look couple pages back u will be to find that Jp did triple drop sets quad drops . I think in recent leg video he did forced eccentrics on leg extension. In old forum he mentioned zigzag “superset” . Hope that helps ????????

I don’t know what size you are but isn’t 400mg Test little bit too much for first cycle ? I think Jordan said in some of his videos that you should start with as little as possible (200-250mg) . I think Jordan is on 400mg now and James at 600.
