    Well done ronni i wish I could train that fast .I couldn’t get under 105m on push , pull and on legs / lower under 120-150m

    If you look couple pages back u will be to find that Jp did triple drop sets quad drops . I think in recent leg video he did forced eccentrics on leg extension. In old forum he mentioned zigzag “superset” . Hope that helps ????????

    I don’t know what size you are but isn’t 400mg Test little bit too much for first cycle ? I think Jordan said in some of his videos that you should start with as little as possible (200-250mg) . I think Jordan is on 400mg now and James at 600.

    In your IG stories you mentioned that Joe bennet helped you with with exercise selection for your training. Are you going to do some/more dropsets / mechanical drop set (as joe calls them ) than before?
