    It may seem it’s not enough but it takes me between 1h-1.5h . As William said you can add back off sets.

    I’d be very interested on JPs view on this. When you look on research everybody is suggesting 1-1.5g/ lb .

    I think JP has video on intra carb sources . As long as it doesn’t cause any issues you can use cheaper variants (dextrose, maltodextrin etc etc ) . I personally find these too very sweet (but they are cheap) . I use waxy maize from MP . It taste bit like a flour but if you mix it with squash it’s fine .

    Hi Sas what kind of decaf coffee are you drinking? I tried few but they don’t taste very nice .Do you use French press or coffee machine?

    I believe that Sas and JP train 2-3 hours per session 4 times per week.

    What’s the reason behind high protein. I know JP runs quite high protein as well. Everywhere where I look online the recommendations are between 1-1.5g/lb(even 0.8g). Yours or JP are quite close to 2g/lb , if I counted correctly lol. So what are the advantages of higher protein diets ?

    I have to agree with Total war … Is quite good well dosed as well. If you can get your hands on pre wo from steel labs they should be strongest, but I think its quite difficult to get them in UK

    Thanks William. I was mainly thinking if I should jump straight back in with load and intensity like before or I should do few “easy” sessions. I’m not sure but I think JP has done video about so I will have to have a look for it .

    Well nature has sorted out for me … I got sick so now I have week rest which I haven’t had since December. After that I’ll go back to waxy maize .
