When I train in morning I typically have just pro+ fat (eggs with nb or mince with nb)roughly 1-1.5h before I train . I have 50g of waxy maize intra. 30-60 min after workout I have my meal : protein shake cereals, bagels , rice , chicken etc etc . Not all together haha . Never had problem that I wouldn’t be hungry after training.

Thanks mario . When I looked into it when I found some source of protein in. Vegan diet it usually has loads of carbs (lentils, beans etc etc ) . I think you have to be pretty good around kitchen to make something which has good macros and in tastes nice.

TBH I don’t mind this rotation. For last few weeks I had just 4 day shifts and that’s really tiring. With almost no time to train

I’m in exactly same situation Dan . I train during my 4days off and after my second day shift and before 1st night shift. So that gives me 5 workouts per week .

I was thinking to do one day vegan diet but couldn’t get my head around. As a vegan I would probably die 😀

Interesting thought. I follow one guy on IG and he’s been vegetarian for whole life and last 2-3 years vegan.

Btw if you don’t take protein into consideration in (for example) bagels . Do you count only total amount of calories and carbs ?

I found Normandy fat free yogurt which is almost as thick as Greek yogurt but half price . I found Greek style yogurts too watery. -
Where did you buy 5kg tub of almond butter? And how does it look like ? 🙂
