Thanks guys . I just got little bit confused when you mentioned that is ok to mix carbs and fats in second part of video. I just re watched it and I realised that you weren’t talking about post workout. My bad .
I totally agree that Nutella is full of sh*t (no eco friendly) but cinnamon and raisin bagel with that taste awesome.
So I will stick with rice ,sweet potatoes, bagels, cereal post workout.
I normally train in morning (3/5 workouts) so I have fat+protein breakfast (tsp of honey for coffee) then intra carbs during workout. Is this ok ?
Btw do you count protein in bread / bagels ?

Thanks William for advice. I have to do lots of research because my wife is strongly against using gear . That’s why I was thinking pro hormones or SARMS would be good idea .

JP is using 400mg 2x day . So it depends on your size , training, etc etc . But I think 400mg of curcumin should be good start .

I fail on grip really. I saw few JP videos where he uses straps on warm up sets as well (1 rep ) . So I think that’s what should I try as well . And maybe buy other ones . TBH I think I only paid couple quid for them . I saw Versa grips I have to say they look awesome but not sure if I want to spend 20-30£ on them …

Thanks cris . I don’t use for pull downs or seated rows because in my gym we have those “fancy”handles / bars so straps are pretty much useless, but I have to try to use them more during my warm up sets on bb row and deadlift.

If you control weight and still have good mind muscle connection that you don’t have to do slow eccentric. But I found it more challenging/ harder when I’m doing slow eccentric.

So I don’t have to necessarily look for curcumin with piperine? As long as it has greater availability than standard curcumin

Thanks William . TBH price tag put me off little bit . If it was cheaper I’d give it a go . I know proper gear would be much more effective but my wife it’s not keen on idea of me using gear . Other thing why I was interested about these products was it looked really good on video (how it’s deliverd to body etc etc ) and JP was with redcon1 for little bit so I thought it could work .
