Hi guys what grip are you using for DB floor press(I think its shoulders+arms 2 day) ? I used neutral grip today … With normal grip I could feel chest more than triceps…

Thats exactly what Im doing but on my non traininng day/s Im usually working and in my work Im walking around 18-22000 steps so now Im having one meal with carbs rest is just vegies and pro+fat

Cheers guys . This week I put overnights oats in my locker (it takes literally 2 min to eat) so far no problem. If there is going to be issue I will try shake .

Im not sure if I can post my looong question here but I will try
In my work Im only allowed(9/10) to have 2 breaks during 12h shift. Atm I started 3day split so I have to train after work as well … My questions is what food / food timing would you recommend? Im thinking :
big breakfast (5:30 ish) just protein + fat
2nd meal (around 11) Pro+fat+carb.
3rd meal (around 15 )Pro+carbs
If Im lucky (9/10 I wont be ) around 17:30 overnight oats Pro+carbs+bit fat
W/O 19:40
Last meal 21:15 Pro + CarbIf Im not able to eat at 17:30 what would you guys recommend ? I was thinking to just have Protein shake + some rice cakes …
Btw I set up my Calories on 3000(200P 350C 88F) training day and 2700(200P 100C 170F) on non training day.Thanks for advice.

I used to make green shake with apple cider vinegar every morning for 8-10 weeks. It helped with digestion and it should help with gut health as well . But now if I use it I get cramps in my stomach ????
