Always depends what are your weak areas you want to bring up take this movements first to be fresh at them.thank you Kevin. All my body is weak area lol . I need to add size overall.

right been in Japan 2 days
yesterday managed to visit powerhouse Tokyo
was treated amazingly well and got to To Sign the wall of pros.. so cool
having a great time and most of all a great break mentally too

.truth is you could eat clean here as every 7 eleven sells steamed chicken breast and sticky rice..

but when you eat out the food is all fried… I’ve eaten alot of shit last few days and I’m kind of bored of the Japanese food choices already lolso I’ve just been to the shop to buy chicken and rice..
truth is.. I said to myself eat off plan this trip .. enjoy it and make yourself crave bidybuding normality once again.. kind if reverse psychology approach as I’ve been very strict for years now..
Chris emailed me today as we will sort the off season diet out soon… I said to him.. I’ll be back on the 20th.. 300lb fat and indeed of a 25 Week diet lol he laughed

Thanks Clare. I tried Pull,Push,Legs before but due to mine training frequency sometimes I have to do pull and legs without break anyway. But I will try to swap it if I’m starting to have some issues.

Not too bad in terms of exercise selection. Main critique would be 3 days on with two days of lower back loading in a row – bb stiff legged for back and safety bar squat. Aside from that, try it out for 3-4 rotations and see how you get on in terms of progression and recovery.

I had 3 rotations before but it took long time (around 3 weeks) to repeat rotations which didn’t feel great . -
