    Have you tried MVPre mate?

    8g of Citrulline Malate per serving and sends me of my nut.

    I’ve tried Jordan’s pre and think MVPre shits all over it and it’s £15 cheaper!

    it is cheaper per tub but you only get 20 servings , which it makes more expensive per serving 🙂
    I used to like MVpre but new version makes me sleepy :/

    started working with Chris at 270lb sitting at around 278lb now

    we plan on sticking to cruise protocol until early September as I’ll be taking bloods then

    I have a drs appointment tomorrow to check out a lump I’ve had on my stomach (not visible) for a long while… before last few shows.

    just want to see what it is and if it needs sorting then now is the time

    will be training push with louis tomorrow then celebrating my good friend Jon (owner of kings gyms) 60th

    So today was leg day

    Weight is slightly up

    started working with Chris at 270lb sitting at around 278lb now

    we plan on sticking to cruise protocol until early September as I’ll be taking bloods then

    I would do a hinge movement like RDL on PULL I and a row movement for PULL II, like chest supported t-bar row or seal rows to take load off your lower back

    Exactly that yes. Or a tbar row or dual arm DB rows. Basically any heavy row variation.

    Yeah keep RDL and a heavy row movement so you’re not lower back loading too much which should keep you fresher for leg session.

    Thanks Tim . so for example as main move I’d do BB rdl on pull 1 and EZ bar rows on pull 2 ?

    i only use creatine on training days it works fine always feel a little fuller on it ????

    Have you tried some private care for your mum ? I know AJ morris mum was in hospice (I cant recall name ) and he said they were really happy with level of service she received.  I don’t know your exact mum situation  but maybe try to contact AJ and he might be able to point to right direction.

    I wanted mum in a hospice.. she loves in Norfolk and there is literally one place with only 16 beds to cover the entire Norfolk..  and a waiting list.. it’s crazy

    I tried it twice so far . 1st time 1 scoop 2nd 1.5 scoop + 1 scoop of vascumax. Taste of green apple is quite nice .For me it’s not that strong but still it’s quite nice pre .

    Not really no just a small amount maybe on some toast/bagel with a meal once a day in the off-season. I just personally don’t have a lot of butter in my diet I don’t use it at all pre contest!
