    If everything is normal (your sleep, you are hydrated enough) than it could be tension headache. I was in same situation twice. First I took few weeks off because pain was quite bad . Second time I just went for deep tissue massage (neck ,head , shoulders) and I was good to go ????????.

    Wau 900g of yogurt as pre workout meal . How long after that meal do you train James ? Also 2hr cheat meal look quite nice 🙂

    @jdh haha . City looked nice but whole experience wasn’t as I expected + I was told we would train in strength asylum but in the end my mate said he doesn’t want to go there, so you can imagine my disappointment 🙂 @evalution-coaching have you been in Isle of Harris Lewis ? That place is sooo beautiful

    I’m pretty sure JP had video about this topic somewhere… my understanding is that fat will slow your digestion which is something you don’t want after workout . I’d keep to pro+carb meal pwo with min fat .

    I think with fish oil you need to double check dosage of EPA and DHA . With supermarkets own brands quite often these are underdosed. Which means it’s not that cheap as it looks . I hope this make sense .
