Evening guys! First day of the week in the bag and a busy one. Did some content earlier which took up the first half of the day, then trained and I’ve literally just got off the computer from editing so a long but productive one 🤝🏼
Check in yesterday. Calum is happy and we are into the final lap of this push up, test bumped to 750 now which he has said is the max we will take it. Not chasing weight right now, making what I have a better ‘what I have’ and if we can grab another 3-5lbs over the next 7 weeks that’s a win before we pull back a bit.
Posterior tomorrow. I really want that fucking 6 plates on there, so tomorrow I will be chasing weight! If it’s there I’ll take it 👊🏼

Morning guys. Legs yesterday and was a write off! Completely forgot to update this as my soul was still on the gym floor.
There’s 3 movements each week that fuck me up, the SLDL, the swing squat and the hip press and 2 of those were yesterday but I took the W once again 🙏🏻
Up at 4.5pps x 10 on the swing squat now, getting pretty close to maxing this out with the plates we use at my gym. It might be time to switch to calibrated plates soon!
Got back today, going to get in there nice and early. We have this storm here in Wales and not sure how bad it’s going to be and if gyms will close so tick it off so it’s done 💪🏼

Food is sitting at 5.2k per day now which is the most I’ve ever been on. It’s showing in both performance and the look, exciting times! Another 7 weeks left to push up before we run the health phase and pull things back.

Crazy busy day here with edits, plus Xmas stuff, plus training, plus meals lol
Back & hamstrings. Quality session overall, still making my way towards that 6 plate pull slowly but surely! It’ll be there soon I’m sure of it.
Couple of shoots this week so having to juggle my sessions a bit. So early one on the cards tomorrow before I set off on the road. Then home a day, then back away so it’s definitely a juggling act!
Just booked to go away last minute with the family to Spain for new years, first time going away at Xmas which I’m looking forward to but I’m a bit of a hermit at these times so it’ll be different!

Evening all. Rest day here so not much to report.
Check in was all good this morning, had a little bump in food on training days from tomorrow. Roughly 8 weeks left to this push up before we pull back for 8-10. Prep will be looming then, which I believe we’ll be starting beginning of June.
Another week incoming to make a dent in it!

Couple of factors to consider there really and as Hilly said, more than likely need a little interim rest to refresh and go again. That would probably be my first option before increasing dosages.

Quality one on home turf. The same session I’ve been running all off-season which is a lot of single leg work from hams/quads, followed by 1 set each on the compounds and hammies/glutes to finish. Toast!

Wicked push session today! This is the 3rd week of removing the shoulder press and my shoulder is a lot happier, not feeling any crossover pain from laterals etc
Since adding in that 20 minutes cardio on Monday I haven’t looked at scales, but today I’m a couple of pounds down and check in’s not until Sunday so I assume we might see a bump in food.
Currently at 5k per day which is the highest it’s been for me, so an increase may be a task to eat but it is what it is!
A bit more editing on the cards today, then sofa surfing and Xmas shopping online no doubt. Does anyone actually go Xmas shopping anymore? Lol

Evening people. Update on the BP – it’s coming down slowly. Cardio every morning has actually been really nice to do believe it or not, setting me up for the day etc – the early morning alarm wasn’t welcomed tho as I’ve been enjoying getting more sleep but it is what it is!
Rest today so just been editing loads. A solid few days at home so nothing to get in the way of training, meals & work around that so taking that with both hands! Back to travelling next week then 😅

Evening people. Start of another mad week here. It usually starts quieting down with my diary but it seems I’m still flat out 🥴

In for Push A today. First one on home soil in 3 weeks so my log book was all over the place but went by that previous sessions numbers and excelled across the boards so I’ll take it!
I’ve been having some issues with regulating BP this last week since buying a new monitor. So after check in yesterday with it being pretty high, we’ve got cardio back in the mix at 20 mins every morning and also telm is back in aswell.
Checking this multiple times both AM & PM going forward to make sure it’s heading in the right direction.

What’s up guys. Rest day here, which as you should know means me driving 8+ hours to a shoot lol
I’m filming with the King today aka Ronnie Coleman & the king of the North, Nathan De Asha. Should be a fun one! Videos will be on both of their YouTubes in the coming weeks.
As for me, I’m battered so I’m glad today is a rest. Training has been ace all week, but I’m also looking at like I might need a few consecutive days off soon just because of the way I feel.
Check in Sunday so we shall see what the boss says.

Evening guys. Rest day here so used as a big day for editing some of the footage from this past weekend in Amsterdam.
Spent the last 2 days getting back on top of food after being away, finally back up to normal calories. It killed me off tbh!
Another day home and then Friday I’ll be filming with Ronnie Coleman once again. I’m becoming his resident videographer here it seems lol

Back on UK soil! Absolutely battered lol
Low sleep, high workload, high output walking around and not a lot of food eaten. It’s always like that on these work trips abroad but business has to come first in this situation!
Anyway, straight back to the gym as soon as I got him for push. A few solid meals down the hatch today aswell and a tonne of water as I’m definitely dehydrated.
2 days home now so I’m going to get everything back on point, before 2 days away again but will be able to stay on point as I’m just up with Nathan and that’s always pretty chilled 😎👊🏼
