What’s up guys. Rest day here, which as you should know means me driving 8+ hours to a shoot lol
I’m filming with the King today aka Ronnie Coleman & the king of the North, Nathan De Asha. Should be a fun one! Videos will be on both of their YouTubes in the coming weeks.
As for me, I’m battered so I’m glad today is a rest. Training has been ace all week, but I’m also looking at like I might need a few consecutive days off soon just because of the way I feel.
Check in Sunday so we shall see what the boss says.

Evening guys. Rest day here so used as a big day for editing some of the footage from this past weekend in Amsterdam.
Spent the last 2 days getting back on top of food after being away, finally back up to normal calories. It killed me off tbh!
Another day home and then Friday I’ll be filming with Ronnie Coleman once again. I’m becoming his resident videographer here it seems lol
Will touch base tomorrow with some training updates 💪🏼👊🏼

Back on UK soil! Absolutely battered lol
Low sleep, high workload, high output walking around and not a lot of food eaten. It’s always like that on these work trips abroad but business has to come first in this situation!
Anyway, straight back to the gym as soon as I got him for push. A few solid meals down the hatch today aswell and a tonne of water as I’m definitely dehydrated.
2 days home now so I’m going to get everything back on point, before 2 days away again but will be able to stay on point as I’m just up with Nathan and that’s always pretty chilled 😎👊🏼

Greetings from Amsterdam! Long ass day here.
3am alarm and I’ve just back to my hotel after filming all day. Problem is, we haven’t been anywhere really so gonna go and sample some local delights then try and get to bed before 1am for another busy day of shooting tomorrow at the PCA Worlds.
CBum has entered the chat over in Prague, will probably stay off instagram the rest of tonight because that’s all it seems to be haha

Insulin pins don’t take that long tbh, I’ve used them for years now. I’ll usually do 2 x 1ml insulin with whatever I’m using, but also depending on cycle amount that could increase. Pain in the ass doing so many shots but it is what it is!
As for aspiration, I guess this is something we should always do. Guilty of not doing it if I’m being honest tho. Usually just whack it in and move on to the next one. Lol

As with anything we do, if it’s causing issues STOP doing it. Plenty other sites you could be using. Let then delts heal up a good few weeks, maybe try again and do them less often if at all!

Calves x 2Early flight from Bristol tomorrow to travel to Amsterdam, so bed time for me. No training this weekend as it’s 100% work but will keep things updated on here.
Last time I was there was about 15 years ago, for 1 night only with no hotel and a flight home after going straight through so it’ll be nice to maybe experience a little more of the culture there, outside of filming lol

From past experience in training at 5am/6am for years, I would always prefer fasted training and a larger final meal the night before.
That way you get more rest instead of getting up earlier to eat that pre-meal. Just hydrate as much as possible, usually 1.5 litres including the water from pre-workout shake (500ml).

As the guys have said, just sit on it and monitor it. Like anything we do, make an adjustment, collect the data from it, make another adjustment when needed. You’ll never go far wrong if you’re consistent with it and tracking it!

As the guys have said above, be invested in them first and give them attention. All the fancy stuff is much further down the line, but if you build a good reputation with your existing clients – word of mouth is usually better than any marketing strategy.

I would personally stick to straight sets and add the volume in across the week every couple of days, providing it won’t affect any prior/future sessions either side of it.
Intensifiers are great to put in as a secondary to this extra volume, if you can recover from it.

What’s going on people, fell off the grid a little last couple of days just with workload being through the roof.
10 hours driving yesterday aswell as shoots & editing 😅
A few adjustments to my plan this last week, mostly being exercises being swapped out as I’m having some trouble with my right shoulder. All overhead pressing removed and replaced with high incline, back getting regular treatment now so hopefully that will help ease it up.
I’m off to Amsterdam this weekend filming at the PCA Worlds, so training has been bundled together this week just so I get the sessions boxed off.
Hit a new high in bodyweight of 248.7lbs so I’m almost at that 250lbs…slowly but surely!
Legs on the menu tomorrow, back at the home gym finally. All sessions apart from 1 have been in the road so the logbook has taken a back seat, which has fried me mentally but it is what it is.
Couple of episodes of Gangs of London tonight; then bed 😴

Evening guys. Check-in and rest today, followed by the weekly food shop and some editing. Nothing much to report other than that.
As for the check in, Cal is very happy. This week was the first time he had seen me in person in about 18 months and was pleased with how I’m holding it right now. Says the real thing is better than the check in pictures, which I would always prefer to be that guy!
I’ll try and upload some pics if the site allows below. Current PEDS are now at 650 test e / 800 primo / 200 npp with 6iu GH – We’re keeping it here for another week before altering from his reply. Currently 247.6lbs fasted weight 👊🏼

Evening all! Busy couple of days on the road, last trip today up to AW Muscle & Fitness for this birthday event as a guest. Nice to be there just training, socialising and catching up instead of being behind the lens!
Walked in and saw Sas & Matt Tofton training, immediate thought – I need to work harder 😅
Little mix of a session today as I went with my mate who’s on a slightly different split so we hit Chest & Back. Then the 4 hour drive home lol
Off plan meal tonight, check in tomorrow and rest day so cardio, sauna & then LIFE SHIT 😏
