Hey guys, my posterior session has been switched from a weekend to a Tuesday so just had to hit it twice in 3 days – I’m basically on Jordan’s split this week haha
Great session tho. My mind has really switched on after that break between prep and now, it almost feels as tho I’m in prep with the mentality I’m going to the gym with which is definitely a good thing.

DB Curl x 2Having the SLDL later in my session is something new, normally it’s been 1 or 2 exercises in. Pulled back on the ego a little just to get the form nailed on these, I know with my pulls when it starts moving I’ll be up to decent numbers but just stuck with the 4PPS today.
Push B tomorrow, having to condense my ‘training week’ once again due to filming an event all day Saturday, then I’m at the FitX Wales with 2 of my coaching clients Sunday so 5 days straight training, the gift and the curse haha

Evening guys! Just got back from shooting at the PCA Manchester with a client. Rest day so no training…but, the off-season plan landed in my inbox last night so I am fully ready for lift off. Looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into this now! Details below…

Hey dude! So this is counting everything, I much prefer a meal plan than just macros to hit etc – he does offer macros only, but with my schedule I’d much rather know exactly what I’m prepping/eating etcCurrently sitting at 240lbs-242lbs, I expect this will fluctuate a little bit over the next week with adjusting food etc to what Cal has out in place. I’m only 6lbs off my heaviest but can feel my body is going to fly past that 🙏🏻
Yes, no AI use at present. Never really had to in all honesty!

Rest day today. Went to the PCA Manchester show as I had a
Client compete in the tall classic class.
He looked class, totally peeled, dry and
Full. Came 2nd out of 9 or 10. 1st place you looked like an IFBB pro bodybuilder lol. So big success for us today
Diet been hit and miss today. I don’t mind as he said before Sundays are my off days from force feeding too.
Woke up 274 so up some more

After just finishing 16 weeks on low dose after a prep cycle, I can confirm low dose is absolutely fine and you can still progress in that time. Also, don’t let the placebo of being lower get in your head when it comes to training etc

Hey Eduardo, I’m using the new Apple Watch Ultra and that seems pretty spot on. The old one used to add steps even when doing cardio on the bike but this seems to recognise the difference!

Agreed. As Jord said, slot those in on rest days and at least that way it ‘scratches the itch’ of going to the gym and doing something, without just doing cardio lol

Evening guys! Busy couple of days with shoots etc and as you may have seen, myself & Jord are back on the content train. New video is now live on here to watch!
Made the mistake of training BEFORE filming with him. Always leave these shoots feeling amped to get back in the gym.
As for me, complete rest today after 5 days straight of training and a bunch of work to complete as I’m shooting across country all weekend.
Down to Dean White’s gym tomorrow so I’ll be hitting Density there after my shoot, then Sunday I’ll be at the PCA Manchester so another rest day due to travel/shoot times.
Off-season has started nicely, body is just floating back up to the weight it likes to be at after loosing a bit in Spain. Another week to see this settle I think, then I’ll see where I truly am before making the next move.

Done my fair share of 4am sessions. I prefer not to eat before training at that time and get some more sleep, so bigger last meal before bed, then just make sure meal timings are on point the rest of the day as it’s a long old day after that depending on bedtime. Also, a plus to not eating before training – DNFM hits a little harder with nothing to absorb it 😅 (just the stim fiend in my talking lol)

Just to back up these comments, I literally live my life on the road and have prepped for 7 shows whilst doing so! As long as you have the plan, you’ll do fine.
Day 1 & 2 is easy – If you don’t have a fridge, leaving food in the car overnight will keep it chilled especially now temperatures are dropping. Day 3 – cooked meats from supermarkets, microwave rices (there’s a baby station in EVERY services so I use them), bagels as a replacement and then the obvious protein powders and rice cakes!
Easy to let it slip, so just remember what the goal is and you’ll nail it 🎯

Afternoon guys! We are into off-season (sort of lol) 🥳
Calum is getting the plan across tomorrow so I’ve just put things in place myself from yesterday. Nothing crazy, plenty of time for that.

350g protein / 500g carbs / 80g fatNice to be back in routine after the holiday, took a trip to the Shed yesterday to train/pick up my monthly order from TBJP and some extra clothes that I had missed on previous releases. I’m now looking more like an athlete 😅

Cycle dropped back down for a good clear out and now we’ll ramp it back up, but not to 100%, this will gradually happen alongside all the other the other things in the mix (food, visuals, performance etc)
I think it’s important to spend as much time in a ‘cruise’ state to push health markers as the time you will spend in a ‘blast’ state.

Afternoon all! Back in the gym FINALLY 🥳
Density today. Could feel the effects of holiday and lack of ‘routine’ with meals, water intake etc but we know it’s just a case of getting back to it and things will fall back in line.
Off-season starts tomorrow so checked in with Cal first thing today fasted, I’m 20lbs down from peak post-show weight now and 18lbs up from show day which was 16 weeks ago.
Running just 150mg test enth per week in that time, really wanted to have a solid clear out before this push just due to age etc. I want this to be THE off-season, so wanted my body primed to soak up everything I throw at it going forward!
Will try to attach a few pics below so you can see where I’m at, soft AF but excited to see how this changes in the coming weeks 🙏🏻
