    Hey Eduardo, I’m using the new Apple Watch Ultra and that seems pretty spot on. The old one used to add steps even when doing cardio on the bike but this seems to recognise the difference!

    Agreed. As Jord said, slot those in on rest days and at least that way it ‘scratches the itch’ of going to the gym and doing something, without just doing cardio lol

    Evening guys! Just got back from shooting at the PCA Manchester with a client. Rest day so no training…but, the off-season plan landed in my inbox last night so I am fully ready for lift off. Looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into this now! Details below…

    Evening guys! Busy couple of days with shoots etc and as you may have seen, myself & Jord are back on the content train. New video is now live on here to watch!

    Made the mistake of training BEFORE filming with him. Always leave these shoots feeling amped to get back in the gym.

    As for me, complete rest today after 5 days straight of training and a bunch of work to complete as I’m shooting across country all weekend.

    Down to Dean White’s gym tomorrow so I’ll be hitting Density there after my shoot, then Sunday I’ll be at the PCA Manchester so another rest day due to travel/shoot times.

    Off-season has started nicely, body is just floating back up to the weight it likes to be at after loosing a bit in Spain. Another week to see this settle I think, then I’ll see where I truly am before making the next move.

    Done my fair share of 4am sessions. I prefer not to eat before training at that time and get some more sleep, so bigger last meal before bed, then just make sure meal timings are on point the rest of the day as it’s a long old day after that depending on bedtime. Also, a plus to not eating before training – DNFM hits a little harder with nothing to absorb it 😅 (just the stim fiend in my talking lol)

    Just to back up these comments, I literally live my life on the road and have prepped for 7 shows whilst doing so! As long as you have the plan, you’ll do fine.

    Day 1 & 2 is easy – If you don’t have a fridge, leaving food in the car overnight will keep it chilled especially now temperatures are dropping. Day 3 – cooked meats from supermarkets, microwave rices (there’s a baby station in EVERY services so I use them), bagels as a replacement and then the obvious protein powders and rice cakes!

    Easy to let it slip, so just remember what the goal is and you’ll nail it 🎯

    Afternoon guys! We are into off-season (sort of lol) 🥳

    Calum is getting the plan across tomorrow so I’ve just put things in place myself from yesterday. Nothing crazy, plenty of time for that.

    4000 kcals
    350g protein / 500g carbs / 80g fat

    Nice to be back in routine after the holiday, took a trip to the Shed yesterday to train/pick up my monthly order from TBJP and some extra clothes that I had missed on previous releases. I’m now looking more like an athlete 😅

    Back to COJO’s tomorrow to film with Jord 👀 Yes, you heard that right. We have some stuff brewing…

    Cycle dropped back down for a good clear out and now we’ll ramp it back up, but not to 100%, this will gradually happen alongside all the other the other things in the mix (food, visuals, performance etc)

    I think it’s important to spend as much time in a ‘cruise’ state to push health markers as the time you will spend in a ‘blast’ state.

    Afternoon all! Back in the gym FINALLY 🥳

    Density today. Could feel the effects of holiday and lack of ‘routine’ with meals, water intake etc but we know it’s just a case of getting back to it and things will fall back in line.

    Off-season starts tomorrow so checked in with Cal first thing today fasted, I’m 20lbs down from peak post-show weight now and 18lbs up from show day which was 16 weeks ago.

    Running just 150mg test enth per week in that time, really wanted to have a solid clear out before this push just due to age etc. I want this to be THE off-season, so wanted my body primed to soak up everything I throw at it going forward!

    Will try to attach a few pics below so you can see where I’m at, soft AF but excited to see how this changes in the coming weeks 🙏🏻

    Evening guys! Just finished up filming at the 2Bros Raistrick Rumble show, as always the itch to compete is there after being around that all day haha

    No training today unfortunately but I raced to the gym last night after arriving back in the UK after a week off. Delts & arms in the bag, complete with a glorious tan 🤣

    Sat down with Calum briefly at the show and talked all things off-season. We kick it off on Monday so I’ll finally be able to share more on here after this long ass health phase.

    Secondly, on a personal level, I really enjoy the content you put out ‘Magic eye’ and the Beautiful Struggle podcast. As a busy professional, your videos and podcasts genuinely help me to switch off and forget about the demands of a high pressured job.

    Morning people, last day here in Spain which also doubles up as my 7th day away from the gym so my head is well and truly falling off here haha

    We fly back tomorrow morning, so I’ll be home early enough to dump my cases, take 2 scoops of DNFM to the dome and get the gym. I know this time off would have done me good in the long run, but always struggle not training because, like most of us I love to fucking train!

    Morning guys! Day 4 here in Spain, which equals day 4 of rest and I’m starting to get itchy feet to train now lol. Contemplating going across to Titan Fitness at some point but we’ll see…

    Nothing to report. Family holiday business, so meals are sporadic and just making sure I get as much protein as possible and staying away from the pastries 🤣
