I like pro fat breakfast if not traiming till later in the day . if you find yourself training after say 2 meals then pro carb suits more IMO

I do cardio off season and that keeps my BS in good range
also last meal before bed opt for pro fat then your fasting BG should be pretty nice
cardio is the key IMO
I like my slin pre workout then have intra carbs from sustain or post workout and have carbs from cereal
hgh fasted pre cardio is my personal fave

I pull carbs first and foremost but there is certainly merry to adjusting some protein measurements too as it’s all ultimately somewhere to pull cals from
I wouldn’t pull alot but I have certainly dropped some cooled weights down by say 25g the odd meal here and there

tomorrow we go baseline doet again (one in my doet log)
30 minutes cardio back in
for the rest if the day i still have a good amount of food to consume so should provide me with lots if energy and metabolic benefits over the coming days
