right rest day yesterday weight typcially increases marginally after .. of which no surprise it did by like a lb .. it will drop today no doubt… so all time low so far of 272.8 yesterday morning

Hey Patrick I am indeed .. it’s a brand new product and I’m getting along very well with it. I don’t really notice the absence of the black pepper extract if I’m 100% honest on this particular product .. the added vitamin c is also a great addition.. the bio availability of this particular circumin is very high.. I use for all reasons tbh my man .. so many positives

Jordan’s actually got me doing snatch grip… I’m the same as you typcially however snatch help oincj shoulders blades back and keep neutral.. wjen I fail on snatch it’s a true failire and in the right place.. worth trying as you may intact be the same as I am

So had a rest day yesterday and back at it in the gym today.
been using this cbd oil everyone’s raving about and have to say sleep has been quite improved and mood is seemingly also elevated. I wonder ???….

feeling good on terms of appearance at this stage of the prep.. some details starting to edge through now and waist line feeling improved also… it’s all starring to happen it seems.
