    Right so woke this morning 288lbs
    however body looking very worn out and beaten.

    I imagined how we would deal with this and contacted Jordan

    we were on the same wave length entirely.

    we’ve thrown in a 1000g carb day today to get body back and happy.

    The initial changes and push is tough on a big frame .. can easily be too much if not monitored and dealt with.

    so today is a rest day.. we refill and we push hard again from tomorrow

    hey Kris haven’t decoded on increlex yet

    today was chest and delts

    went pretty well though one exercise I just can’t to to my best atm is incline bb press.

    I hurt my delt a good while back and it’s not 100% but flat feels fucking marvellous

    hey guys first let me amswer the gh dose.. currently just using a generic 10 iu sometropin (likely less than states) 2.5 ok 4 x a day on training days

    pre am cardio
    pre gym
    post gym
    pre bed

    I’ve adopted

    the flowing approach and still cranking the heavy stuff

    hams and back
    chest and delts / and
    off
    quads and back / calves
    arms
    off
    repeat

    back feels grest for this still using progressive overload jist wanted to up the back frequency and split the legs as it’s not something I ever really tried

    hey Adrian primo I’d opt for quote high 600 to 1000mg
    npp 400 to 600
    and test 500 to 750

    today’s workout was a blinder

    energy is so good right now

    it a amazing what losing a little fat does

    feel mentally great and ready for this next few months

    today was back and hams.. if we can bring super density to those two it’s going to be dam interesting come Tampa

    Adrian I feel it meant I didn’t have to load exceessovly on other more potent compounds which ultimately left my body in a better place.for the actual diet cycle..

    obviously stronger compounds come into play around this time so thankfully we haven’t batteredme before hand 🙂 bit still yielded great return

    right so I’ll clear things up..

    No more push this year.

    We have decided to hit the Tampa pro in August.

    Reasons.. we were extremely happy wothbwhat we got out of the last push.. could we push again.. he’s we could.. however my body didn’t find it east being so heavy .. simply because it was an all time high.

    So we are just under 14 weeks out.

    current weight upon waking is 288lbs

    down from 305 at peak of off season in around a 3 week period.

    in that time we have amended calories. cleaned up diet.. implemented 20 minutes of liss every morning and switched compound from test deca primo to test tren and mast

    I feel milos style of training is lovely here and there but not as a permanent fixture.

    On my opinion it lessens the lilely ho9d of creating a stimulus from excessive loading which is what i feel is most important for most of us. Unless we have God given genetics we won’t stimulate masses of growth. Again just my opinion.. I used to train in such a way and onky started growing again once I went back to progressive training with less giant sets etc

    yes simple exercise selection

    also perhaps take the traditional split of push pull and modify.. that’s how we work with it

    for example in trying to improve my back so routine could look as so

    day one
    hams and back

    day two
    chest and delts

    day three off

    day four quads and back

    day five
    arms

    day six off

    repeat

    look to increase frequency of your chest and delts and format ykur training to suit. we all need to tweak here and there.

    just keep the progressive overload concept

    I have to agree with Corrine. Single joint movements tend to lose form when overloading ..

    swinging etc.

    Though I still like a low rep load as long as form is held tbroughout.

    sometimes particular exercises are more effective than others.

    machine preachersfor example are ideal because of being in a fixed position.

    some of the biggest arms I’ve seen are from people who low rep such exercises.

    Obviously as Jordan highlights it comes down to our individual genetic components .. if you feel like it would work for you just choose movements that remain strict perhaps

    big Ali I’ve gone more pro fat befire but I struggle to stay full and string unfortunately

    hey Luke typcially no.. I keep those in as they are the bread and butter and they are comforts me for me however thst isn’t to say in certain circumstances we wouldn’t:)

    lindlewald well been on the mini cut for 2 weeks and Tampa is now 14 weeks so that’s my first show

    Right started new cycle today and yes out numbers stand as predicted.

    We are looking into a show this year now also.

    why the change of heart some may ask.

    We reached 139kg in reasonable shape in a 6 month period since the finals.

    That’s an all time high for me and especially at the body fat I am holding.

    We hit a wall eventually and decided to go into a short cut.. now we are 2 weeks k. and I’m feeling great.. I contacted Jordan and said realistically can we hit a show this season.. he agreed on the basis that we still haven’t seen me get it 100 together for a show that yes we can..

    Now we both agreed on an approach and it’s going to be interesting as to how we execute it… for now that’s all I have to say. it keep on here and I’ll update as regularly as I can:)

    agree with sas.. though I’m a huge advocate of intra carbs .. when getting close to a show I bloat far less without them and feel alot tighter in mid section.. all my old shows were intra less.. minus bccaas .. though for growing I do feel I need them. Extra carbs in just couldn’t stomach on top of solid meals .

    hey Josh 2 reasons..

    I find the body is very as active at those times anyway die to being fasted (2st meal) and due to training.. body is very much ready for carbohydrates with out any aid.

    also if I was to do anything pwo it would be insulin itself at times
