Hey all sorry for absence today had a big one with Mrs Andrews shooting. Right let’s get through some questions shall we 🙂

Firstly thanks guys for the awaowm support!!! You guys are ????????

    Right

    So question regarding being organised..

I’d say how more than ever I’m able to truly commit and that mean I have more time to out towards all that you guys are seeing. Before I was very much juggling two lives.. which most people do and in have massive reelect for that.

Fortunately I’m able to now concentrate alot more on body Building. That in turn makes it easier to appear organised haha. I’m still learni g but I am regimented and particular as you say. I like order. Cery much like Jordan . The key really is having a diary.. a good plan in place and your traiing logged.. using spare time to post on social about such things. I tend to not go for mire than 3 post a day as don’t want to drown anyone !!! Haha

I think being organised is a personal growth thing. Individuals habits become mire manageable over time. The longer you do the better you get.. typcially.

Hey Dan doses off season are typically 1000 test 600 or so of any compound paired be it be it npp or eq… we do t really add much more maybe an oral like var or dbol but this is yet to be seen as we are in fact in cruise period.

Oh I’ve had the typical setbacks of broken relationships, money issues.. lost jobs… all of it tbh. Had a medical issue in my earlier years of body building which meant ideas getting an hr sleep MAX at a time. That really effected recovery. Thankfully I’m better now. The thing is woth anything you get to give your all to.. Of course your gonna have testing times along the way. It’s just life and inreallt with it by being determined that the goal is the goal and will always remain it. If your focus is strong enough it’s very hard to lose your trajectory. I hope that makes sense.

In terms of switching up exercises cor safer options when alone. Yes inwould especially if confidence isn’t there to perform it alone. As of late I’ve been fine on most things and just Nick a spot here and there but there have certainly been times where I’ve skipped a movement altogether for a more suited option due to this exact circumstance you speak of.

Pedro wow your always blow my mind mate !

Right gents let’s start in order.. so

    Question 1

I think we will cruise for 8 weeks atleast.. not actially set in stone yet. Jordan and I are very much in contact. We speak so often that it means if he feels changes are needed he can implement them at any time.. but typically 8 week 😉

    2. Personal I feel gh can be run for a LONG LONG TIME. As long as you do days on vs off. Typically I’d only use on a training day so it insures atleast 2 days rest from use a week.. Maybe even aim for 3 days off. Dose wise yes I’d say 4 to 8 oh is great also.

    3. We will definately do a few spells where we tidy it up a little if needed. Currently don’t feel we are there yet but hey if fat accumulates.. We got to do what we got to do to shift a little. Aim to eat clean and alot if it and you might find your ok.. but we will see 🙂

    4. Just a slight surplus but as your weight climbs so mist the cals.. add food to ensure growth doesn’t stall.. That’s our philosophy. Simple yes but efficient.

And thanks J very kind 🙂

Hey Rob very strict when it comes to number of meals actually typically 8 a day on training days and 6 on rest days 🙂 never miss a meal really. I have a large appetite so missing a meal would just leave me a little hungry.. and inassoiste being hungry with regression when it comes to strength in the gym.. and i don’t like it Lol Pedro .meaning we have accumulated some good tissue and don’t want to cut back too much on our choice of anabolics. So we came to an agreement in a dose specific to what we personally feel is needed to sustain but sustain as potentially as health conscious as possible. We sint wish to use high dosages but did come to the conclusion that going in to the first pro chow we can’t afford to say… go back a few steps.. we wouldn’t advice this for most tbh . Goal dependent entirely. Turning pro and doing your pro debut means sometimes doing things a little different. I hope that makes sense

I think GH and slin are excellent tools and would use gh as often as I can afford. Slin has it’s time and place but is also very beneficial for the heavier guys. Typically I don’t suggest slin unless fran needs some filling out. Can be overused sometimes.

Like Jordan says it should compliment your carbs.. your carbs shouldn’t be raised to compliment the slin.

If used correctly it’s great. Gh however i feel everyone can use.

Shop dude currently split is mire ham dominant as that’s where specifically said to Jordan I’d like to improve. However before hand I was very much the 50 50 mins of guy.. however 50 50 exercises doenst mean 50 50 work rate.. if perhaps consider looking at what you are able to tap into better and then prioritise the opposite .

Wow yo guys!!! Cheers for the activity already. Let’s see what I can answer now..

First one. Do u change training during cruise..

Not particularly. I try like I’ve said before to stay up there with my best.. however I would take rest days perhaps a little more frequent if needed.. training itself would remain very much the same though. With tbe foal thwn after the cruise o can get a secind wind and be evwn better than previous course.

    Well then !!!

    Here we go

I’ll start off by talking cruise dose ..

Addmitedly me a J have said this is little higher than most bit we also knkw where we are at and what we need to achieve ( taken many convos and sensible discussion )

    350 primo
    350 test p

As we all know J is a huge fan of primo and I personally haven’t got a tonne of experience with this so should be interesting.

Also be aware the fact I mention my cycle first doesn’t mean it’s the most important factor.. it’s just we’ve spoke training and nutrition alot lately so thought we’d start off here.

Not sure duration for this phase but I’ll take what ever the Dr orders ( Dr being Mr peters)

    Hey guys right so!!!

We will be starting a new blog rhis coming week..

Titled off season for obvious reasons.

We will be documenting cycle / diet training etc all the way through. Pair this with 3 videos a month we should be able to give a full inside look to everything Jordan and info in order to step it up to the big boy league.

This blog will be closing once new one is active. Massive thanks to you all so far and I look forward to the next one !!!

Honestly pedro.. in cruise just aim to be as close to your (cycle) lifts as possible.. the more determined youbare to stay strong (with good form) the mire tissue you will hold.

I wouldn’t change a thing in terms of reps sets etc.. just try to keep strong.. I typically am able.to hold strength pretty well.. minus a rep.or two.. do that and then when you next cylce…you will fly past previous logs

    Yo Hassan:)

I’d have trained progressive overload from day dot lol.. is have logged…

Also id have adopted the non training vs training day diet approach sooner..

Meaning less cals in rest days vs training and utilising more fats on rest days also.

Drug wise I feel I’ve done it reasonably.

I won my first super heavy win
    Literally on

    300 prop
    300 mast
    300 tren a

Along with th at 2iu daily and clen at 80mcg / t3 50mcg

People will say no but I can probably dig out the diary and confirm.

This year I pushed my hardest on cycle and still wasn’t too crazy. I feel I have room to move if that makes sense.

Thanks for the awesome question mate.

Gerry . Would be a lie to say it isn’t expensive.

.before we even talk supplements and pharmicuticals…

Food alone costs myself 600 a month average.

    Add the rest and pow!

Certain products like HGH obviously have high cost prices so if you consider most pros if not all use that regularly as part if their rotuine… the coats quickly add up… to pin point an exact number would be quite difficult.. . But it’s alot.

    Hey James

Rest periods off season are literally as long as infer I need to be able to give the follow up set my best effort. Big believe in resting enough to hit it ferociously on your follow up sets.

I wouldn’t want to start a set knowing I should and could have had more rest.

I want to lift maximum and for as many as I can and I truly feel that means soaking up every ounce of oxygen and mental recoup as poaaible.

Hell I’d take 5 minutes if it meant my next set would be the best of my life.
