    Hey Marco

I think the term push comes on to when we shift more from cruise to blast.

Food is important all year around. However a blast should technically speaking allow for more uptake more utilisation of cals.. better absorption.. so during that window been if cals are the same I believe we would still notice a little more growth.

Of you don’t push you will reach a certain weight and hover there forever.. it’s about teaching that weight and saying ibcam go further.. just have to increase cals sensibly. Me and Jordan typically add 10g of carbs per a meal at a time.. so not substantial jumps.. this way every so often you can keep increasing with little risk of getting too fat.

Cheers for reposting the diet brother haha yes that’s my training day food 🙂

    Heh Zach

Typcially not very often at all. I feel that o eat and supplement so well I recover pretty well.

It would be as rare as every 4 months or so. I very rarely do it. Funny you say because this week is actually a week im kind of doing one !!!!

Juat go with when your body really feels the worst it has for a while .. within reason. Aches and strength being my main two indicators of when it’s needed to be done.

    Hey Jesse

Off my head around 900 carbs , 440 – 450 protein and around 50 fats

Slightly lower or higher depending on food choices.. fats sometimes very a little. Only by 10 to 20 total at most.

Water intake off season Jason is around 5 to 6 litres a day . I could prob so with around 8 tbh

Good day all let’s get these questions answered as best I can 🙂

    1. Oral wise I quite like anavar. But also LOVE mts pre comp.

Var is ace as I honestly feel great strength gain from them. Typcially around 75mg hits the spot.

    2. Tudca I get from Amazon buddy as they have a few .. I use the alphaform labs one.. smells funny but tudca is an acid so the smell is just an acidic one.. don’t think it’s a problem ! Haha

    3. Luke is the strongest pro I’ve trained with and Jordan is a fucking freak. I’ve not been matched by many tbh but these guys.. different story haha.

    4. Diet wise we just increased carbs marginally on training days.. we added an addition 10g carbs over each solid meal so that’s an additional 70g of carbs a day.. if we need to adjust again we would poss add to intra instead. Poss just add more cyclic:)

    5. Will I’m gonna have to try this also guys I will do a pull video again very shortly 🙂 hopefully with Jordan and luke ????

Finally just want to say thanks for the questions and I appreciate the activity guys

Likely to dive straight in but the totals won’t be ridiculous so the jump won’t be stupid

I’m guessing off season total would be like

    Test 1000
    Second compound 600
    Possibly an oral around 75mg

But this is a guess as inhabent a clue on the plan yet.

Once I know I’ll post. If J knows before hand ill ask him to ????

    Pedro it’s mainly blood pressure.

Typically in the past the more it push the unhealthier it feel. I wasn’t aware if health supplementation 5 years ago.

The fact I use a huge list of health sups these days has allowed me to suppass previous body weight yet feel like in still lighter.

I wouldmy say one product in particular is responsible.

Id be more likely to say incest in am array of.quality (proven scientifically to work) supplements.

I think I’ll so a video for Jordan on this soon perhaps 🙂

    Hey Josue

I seem to be more tolerable this year with the likes if yogurt than years past.

May be because I switched the yogurt I used to something finer and more runny. Sounds simple but honestly the difference is amazing. I use libertere these days as agreed with my gut well. I have a lot a day and no issue. Saying that is still avoid milk and over comnauption if dairy as into feel our bodies arnt too keen on it.
