so new week
still using this time post show to experiment with ideas and see what I can do with my body when down at this weight and sensitive
ideal time to try methods to of which may come in handy next time
weight is at 250lbs this morning which interestingly is lower than stage weight in Toronto.. I’m just seeing what different cardio and protocols us diet does and recording my results.. want to know my body inside out

Last off season if i remember you would low-calorie it on rest days, fasted cardio am, then do a cheat meal of the evening.
Do you think this helped stay tighter than just spreading food all day?
Also you say you only ate when hungry(ish), but i assume you still had a total amount of calories you were told to consume? So would you not have had to combine meals, reduce meal frequency so something to make it possible?
basically I had a set diet for rest and training days but was allocated a cheat or two weekly on rest days. it was based on recovery purely.. of.inwas overworked.id eat more if I was fresh I’d pass.. there was no rule to the cheats.. they were there simply as a calorie bump.of training kicked my ass that day. and yes low.carb all day to virtually carb means you are likely to burn quote a bit of fat if you are busy all day.. that’s my personal take

James can you explain abit in depth what you have done throughout offseason / prep to keep waist tight? You train abs every other day… any preferred exercises, techniques etc?
What about vacuum training?

also only eat when you need to .. that’s the main culprit for a blown out waistline… compiling food when the digestive track isn’t ready .. monitoring BG helps this i find

typcially test and mast for me bith enanthate as don’t want to be pinning much

I like to have 1 day off after the show then get back onto the diet I was following and gradually taper up

haha love this, i stopped counting years ago, god knows what I’ve spent on food and supplements over the years. Still better than spending it getting pissed up every weekend or on fast cars and women ????

I don’t use tren off season and stay pretty lean.. if opt for just rest and npp
NPP should be used 3 x weekly wjat ever you decide to dose .. me personally 600 and test should imo be the same or slightly higher..
the staying lean is more to so with being strict as you know

i tend to do one day wider one day narrow.. the bigger reason for difference in where they hit is more to do with the placement of the ankle.. inwards vs out etc than the width of stance
