Earlier than usual log entry for me tonight. Very busy day in terms of work, 7 new starters fully done with their new plans today which has taken me pretty much all day, the team is growing however and it’s moulding into a fantastic bunch of motivated people which I love.
Work has kept me busy thankfully as this morning I really wasn’t happy with the look overall which usually wouldn’t bother me as I know from this position if I have a couple of days of higher food I would look very much on point. However and it’s a big however, after seeing me this morning Kuba reckons I’m 2 weeks behind in terms of conditioning which isn’t an issue as I can be inside out in 3 weeks if I wanted to be, we aren’t even doing cardio. BUT it’s what it would do to my top line (chest, delts, arms) fullness wise, we would loose it and if we push it too far we just wouldn’t get it back.
So we need to push, which means risking the top line to catch up or risking not been ready. This has resulted in a shit day but work kept me occupied as I said.
It’s just a case of getting to work and hoping that things just hold a little better than in the past.
If I loose the top line I loose the look and shape, if I loose the shape I loose the show and I’m not willing for that to happen. I’ve sacrificed too much and worked to hard for this to be fucked up now.
Positive mind set moving forward and it starts with smashing a push session tomorrow.

The stronger you get the less you have to train as the demands are much more in terms of recovery and being able to keep preforming at that level.
Rest day either side of pull as Kuba suggests or the push pull off legs off set up will also work. Just depends on if you have body parts that need more attention/recovery than others or just overall mass

Later than usual entry from me today. Nodded off on the sofa.
Arms and chest top up today. Decent session with a good pump. Speaking to Kuba he feels like the arm day may possibly just pulling my upper down a touch. With the arm day comes less frequency of push days and where we added a couple of chest exercises At the beginning of arm day my delts may be down a touch and just my top line in general. This would mean going back to a push pull rest legs rest. Adding arms in on all of them days. This would mean more frequency and more rest. Initially I will add another set of delts into my push sessions with maybe a drop set on one of the exercises, see it the added volume brings them back a touch. If not I may have to switch back to the old split

If you are training hard with intensity, anything above 8-10 working sets per day. it will be difficult to recover from 3 days in a row IMO. Myself, Kuba and Jamie tried it in the off season and it just wiped us out.
Possibly get away with it if your personal recovery is very good or you are training with super low volume otherwise I would favour the pp r L r set up

Oxys will destroy your appetite
The only time I would ever use them is around 10 days out from a show if you are absolutely peeled out of your mind or in a post show rebound phase

I like to pin ED no matter the compound. I may go to EOD on a cruise phase but it’s pretty much for the reason you already mentioned. Dr dean explains it well on his recent podcast with fouad. One large dose will give one large peak and then taper off over the week. Micro dosing gives you a good steady balance so your levels are stable and consistent. This is also likely to produce less sides. It’s just if the individual can manage to pin ED or EOD.

Yes that’s right. Give the podcast a listen and it will clear a lot of things up and it’s a good listen too. The sust was to replicate natural test in men with low test but the problems were still the same. 1 shot every 2-3 weeks is bad medical practice and it’s something dean touched on in the podcast. You will feel good for a few days to possibly a week and once the peak drops below baseline the patient it’s been administered to will feel exactly the same as before the shot and have all the usual symptoms low testosterone brings in males.Instagram: jimmytonk

Rest day today and man has it been one hell of a boring day.
Now I’m in prep mode and not lethargic and heavy and generally feel good the days where I don’t physically do anything are hard. All client work was done by 12 and that was that, I pretty just twiddled my thumbs and slept between meals to pass the time oh and a few episodes of master chef.
As soon as I’m in prep for whatever reason I watch cooking programmes haha. I always thought it was because I was hunger but I’m not even remotely hungry. The only time I ever get a tiny bit hungry is right now, about 20 mins before m6 On a rest day. Anyone who preps or even diets well will know that the off season you and the deficit you are like two completely different people lol.
Back on the arm day with a little chest top up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to that. This point in prep is where visual changes happen almost daily so it keeps things fresh.

Hi mate.
You are more than lean enough to start pushing up from here. I feel staying in a deficit from this point after an already prolonged diet phase will just have negative effects and start withering you away.
I would take a 3-500kcal increase from here to start and it’s likely your body will be super responsive just from what I can see and you can really start working towards getting some quality tissue on that frame.

Can I just ask, would you recommend adding to both training and rest days or prioritising fuel around training?
Would intuitively probably start by adding 75c around training but unsure whether it’s better to drip in food elsewhere as the vast majority of my direct carbs are already peri workout.

Thanks mate I appreciate it.So if the majority of your carbs are already around your workout window I would start adding the rest in other meals. I like to add more m1 and post post when the set up is already like this. Rest days I would do the same and add the initial calories across 2 meals to start. As you increase calories spread it across the meals of the day buddy.
