    We have done it before and we can almost certainly do it again.

    A Positive mindset in these times is something we must have.

    Yes we don’t have the luxury of machines, lots of weight and a place of escape but what we do have is our health and an opportunity to do something we wouldn’t normally do. A chance to do the things we possibly put off

    I like to challenge myself and clients with different things in this time.

    For example let’s really work on mobility, possibly some yoga incorporated into the daily routine

    Educate ourselves on something we can use

    And train damn hard with whatever we have available. Keeping ourselves occupied and set small personal goals.

    Ok so I think if taken this way and it was better as the YouTuber suggested then the benefits would surely be minuscule compared to oral administration.

    Which begs the question, if we are going to these lengths to squeeze everything out of the drug then firstly we would need to be doing this for nutrition, training, recovery.

    I would just take it orally personally…

    This is individual dependent.

    I like to go purely on composition. If someone gets too sloppy it’s time to bring it back.

    Some people can distribute fat evenly and look leaner but still have a reasonably high bf % and on the flip side people can have high fat areas but overall bf% be lower

    Weight means nothing. 10lbs of muscle is massively different to 10lbs of water/fat

    Bodybuilding is a visual sport so go on the look imo rather than the stats. Weight and callipers can be good tools but nothing beats a visual

    For me and the information you have given I feel like you can almost certainly rule out tren just yet and if you got some good results off a test only cycle I would even think about running possibly a test and primo cycle or mast E even and save the NPP for another cycle. You are right to be cautious with the cycles it’s much more advantageous in the long run to lesser cycles for as long as possible in my opinion
    Primo or mast at around 500mg per week would be a good addition to the test for your next cycle imo

    Hi Jimmy thanks I have some primo but I tried one jab and the pip was really bad I got a lot of swelling and really bad soreness I got it from the same place I got the test the test was good but not sure if the primo was bad gear or my body doesn’t like. I think it’s a case of bad gear.
    I’m going to try a new supplier so might give the primo from them ago.

    I would give primo another go. One jab won’t always tell the full picture. It may of just been a bad jab.

    Use a different one and see how you get in with that. That’s what I would try buddy

    Yeah mate so training days I would up by 100g carb. Take your fats to 50g

    Rest day initially I would keep the same and see how you respond to the first increase in food. If carbs are low on rest day I would look to increase them too next time

    So day 1 back in the U.K. and it’s like I never left.

    Straight back into my normal routine and everything flowing much better. The strange thing is that inflammation I was carrying has pretty much gone instantly so I’m certain this was stress related

    I weighed myself this morning and coming in at 239lbs which is around where I expected and a nice controlled weight gain over the last few weeks.

    Quads was in the agenda tonight and man I am trashed. The session was good. Using machines I’ve not used before and different movement patterns has left me destroyed.

    Rest up tomorrow ready for the next 3 days on

    Sounds like a very wise decision. You highlighted the importance of stress control to me in week 1 and it makes an immense difference to progression as we’ve seen on multiple occasions. Glad you’re happy with the choice and it’s already having a positive impact. Time to become undeniable now????

    Thanks Ben. As individuals we don’t realise how stress can affect us in so many ways and many times it’s stress we don’t even know is there. Only when you are removed from your bubble or everything stripped back is when you realise.

    I wouldn’t do anything aggressive personally

    It’s very likely that training alone and just making better choices will change your body composition for the better especially as a new trainer. I would set my macros/calories at maintenance or slightly under. As you get better and stronger at training this will push you into a deeper deficit through expenditure needed in the gym and it’s likely you will build muscle and burn fat as you have only been training for such a short period of time.

    Using more injection sites is the simple solution here.

    You could use

    Rear delts
    Lats
    Triceps
    Chest

    By the time it gets round to your other sites there has been plenty of time between.

    So this morning I caught a flight back to the U.K.

    My apartment was up and they wanted double to carry on staying there so I literally cut my losses and just jumped on a plane. When you have had 8… that’s 8 different apartments in less than 2 weeks enough was enough.

    Obviously I prepped everything before hand incase that was the case so I got all meals in and just had a rest day instead of quads today.

    I feel much less stressed already and have everything to hand that I need.

    I have a place to train which I’m officially allowed to be in so I’ll be in the gym from tomorrow

    A big night sleep is needed looking forward to that haha

    The least you can get away with the better in your cruise phase or any phase for that matter. I would personally just run the test only cruise and focus on recovery
