what are your kcals per day? and what are your macros?
t3 in one person is not relevant or comparable to another…hilly for example has a lower natural thyroid output, so using 25 maybe just put him into range…another individual could have the same reading without any exogenous use.
the basics here is energy balance

hey Corinne thanks for the input. I think I originally started on T3 with yourself. Currently macros are 350p 525c 60f both TD and RD my output is pretty similar both days as when it’s RD my evening job sees me do around 10k steps. maybe drop the T3 now? and see if that slows things down a bit? thanks

it’s weird cos as I came out of comp I tapered down T3 from 50 to 37.5 now at 25mg and ready to drop out with sea kelp as support after speaking to @ryanpetford. Hilly mentioned he used T3 for 2 years continuous and still gained weight/size and ive added 24lbs as mentioned on higher doses of T3 so unsure thats the issue? maybe it’s just my activity levels @ryanpetford @hilly @bigbenchriche @clarebarks

hey m8, full pct and rebound cycles are under cycle section. Didn’t have much of a rebound coming off the t3. my dose was only 25mg and i have a good supplement protocol. pics are from today 122kg before full pct.

hi Joe is your latest diet anywhere that matches the current macros. as with my activity levels that’s somewhere where I need to be around calorie wise. so id like to follow it for a short while

Well obv not compared to 50 as it’s double … but 25 is a nice dose for off season period I think. I like to push it higher in prep when I have more compounds in the stack. You good buddy?

yes mate? what do you feel it adds pal? and how can you differentiate the dose I guess that’s the question what does 50 give you over 25. I’m currently 25mg on rebound cycle
