    Awesome day today at PCA Wolverhampton with my client winning his class in his first ever show. Long day with a lot of driving again. And same again next weekend back up north for the 2bros pro q. Busy week ahead with client photo shoot so looking forward to that.

    Busy busy week so need to be productive and stay ontop of everything especially with the new diet being more food! Got lots and lots to eat 😂

    And adding in the density day doesn’t make too much sense especially with a 5on/2off. You’re just gunna cook yourself. Assuming you can train somewhat hard.

    Anyway. Upper/lower/rest/repeat would be fine bro IMO.

    When you compare growth/muscle retention from 1x/wk frequency to 2 do you notice any difference?

    Obviously recovery during this phase isn’t optimal but during a supra physiological phase?

    Physique still looks killer even as a “natty” bro

    Honestly not really as my volume is just higher when I train it with less frequency. Pretty much all my training now and body part training so don’t do much higher frequency work anymore aside from if I’m trying to bring something up more. It’ll have both more volume and frequency.

    Cracking leg day today. Progressed on all sets even though ‘natty bruh’ haha… smart with my volume and took out one of the hack sets and one of the hip thrust sets keeping them at 1 working set, as last week I was written off for 4/5 days. Recovery isn’t all that right now so keeping intensity right up there and managing volume accordingly.

    Looking forward to legs tomorrow. Even though I’m in week 8 health phase and now done 4 straight weeks at zero test, my strength is still really good. Only thing is that my body is starting to really feel it. Few niggles here and there and my back has been playing up a little. Can’t wait to get my bloods back and get back to being somewhat supra again so some of these niggles go away.

    Chet’s and bis today – good sessions and still maintaining strength but deffo feeling the fact I have no test in my body now. Joints are painful so very much looking forward to getting back on.

    Cable fly
    Bicep curl machine
    Seated db curl

    I hit some shots with hips in and some hips out… and I change which I prefer over the duration of when I prep based on my condition and how the shot looks. So yeah, no rules just do what looks best for the condition you’re in.

    Awesome weekend away for Adams first show of the year and he took second place in classic. Really happy with the look, but we can be better. We aimed for a conditioned look and we nailed that but on the flatter side and we know what we need to do now to come in a touch fuller and really make everything pop. Buzzing to dial him in for the next 2 weeks 🙏

    Away for Adam’s show this weekend. 7.5 hour drive up to Wigan was a shocker. Such bad traffic but we made it and he’s looking amazing!! Super happy with the look. Will see how he looks in the am but we’ve refined this peak a few times now so I’m pretty confident In the look we’re going to produce. Will report back tomo 🙂

    IMO – In short no. Lift as heavy as you can. With full rom. To mechanical failure. Keeping control of the movement. Vary reps between 6-20 and get as strong as you can across a multitude of rep ranges. Standing and seated variations. That’s what I did for years and years and have pretty decent calf’s.

    Everyone could, most don’t. Cus it’s seen as somewhat boring. But you gotta just be consistent and do the work .

    Been a really really good few days of training and I’ve now had my bloodwork done. Just waiting a few more days now to get the results and then Patrick will decide what the plan is going to be. I’m actually intrigued to see my bloodwork as I’ve been on zero test/drugs now for nearly a month. And then the 4 weeks before that was only TRT. I’ve never done this approach before so I actually don’t know what to expect. But I can say I feel good and also I’m still very strong. So deffo excited to see how responsive I’m going to be when I do finally go back on. Of course I’ll keep you guys all posted on what the next plans of action are going to be.

    Rest day today… still waiting on my blood test ngl annoying me now going to chase tomo. As need to get it done so I can crack on. Not the end of the world having an extra week or two in health phase I suppose so it’s not all bad.

    Back into a busy week tomorrow and looking forward to getting going again. Did the launch of my first timers prep guide today and that’s been really well received so very happy with that. Hope you all had a great weekend!
