Took an impromptu day off today as Nancy is not so well, so I had to do a few things for her. Also cooked us fajitas this evening and chilled out with a movie. Seems like forever since we did that but was nice. Lots of work going into the new Intensive 8 coaching programme I’m launching next Friday too! Exciting times!

Your body weight shouldn’t be a dictator on whether you progress your lifts or not. Of course to a degree you tend to get stronger the heavier you get but it’s not as correlated as you suggest there. Progress should be being made in the gym no matter what when in a surplus especially. To be honest for the most part in a deficit too unless in back end of prep. People that can’t do that can’t train hard, period. So if you can’t progress in a surplus your problem isn’t more food. It’s likely your programming.

Looking forward to getting in for legs next, whole body is feeling battered right now after a bit of time out

Very normal to feel that and I kinda like it, shows I’m back in the game 😂

Been a busy week with a lot going on behind the scenes but cracking on is what we do

    Seated cable fly/press

    Fair bit of biceps

Decent pump and good strength too. Time to really lock into off season now.

Back home now and getting back into the swing of things tomorrow with training etc had a good bit of time off whilst away in France to recharge the batteries and get back into a good place with everything. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated to get back into tomorrow and full send once again. Time to get back to work!

I would do overnight oats. Prep your normal oats the night before bang them in the fridge and have them when you wake up, that’s my fave way to eat oats anyway and saves you time 🙂

Another super chill day here. Whole point of this holiday was to just completely relax and not be bodybuilding focussed at all. Already slightly getting the itch to come back and jump back in two feet first but going to enjoy our last full day tomorrow and top up this tan a little more. It’s important to have a break from time to time, I haven’t had one since summer last year so deffo enjoying the down time and not feeling guilty for chilling the fuck out 😂

Having an awesome time here in France so far. Lots of sun and chilling. Went canoeing down the Dordogne today which was fun 🛶

Got a session in at the local gym and trained chest and tri. Was actually pretty good tbf. The gym is good, nice and clean and just a general good version of a commercial gym. Got the job done.

Heading in for legs tomo and then Go karting in the evening 🙏

Yes guys had a good few days off the gym now just really enjoyed some nice down time here in France. It’s been so hot here 41 degrees today. Completely kills your appetite so deffo down on food – which I needed anyway, as needed a little appetite reset for when I get back. Enjoying my chill time and tbh doing duck all all day. Lying around in the sun, doing a touch of work here and there. I never ever do this so it’s nice to unplug for a bit 🙂

Pretty clear the pattern with our answers. No need to go zero. I’ve ever done it and never done it with any clients. Give yourself a good enough timeline to get lean, and you won’t have to. You should ever have to if things have been managed properly. Sounds like you’re doing it yourself, I’d look to get a coach brother.

But what about eq and differance to dhb?

What your androgen load this off season?

    So current cycle is:

    900 test e

    700 primo

    350 dhb

    8iu GH

    6iu novorapid post workout

    12.5 t3

    100 t4
Hey Joe, I’ve heard mixed things about DHB, especially regarding its potential liver toxicity. Just curious – how do you personally tolerate it at 350 mg? Any noticeable sides or bloodwork impact you’ve seen?

    🫡
Hey man literally none whatsoever and I’ve ran it up to around 600 before too bud, find it very good for ‘lean gains’ and maintaining tissue in a cut. A good replacement for tren imo. Weighing the pros and the cons of the two tren wrecks me so bad and Dhb I feel nothing brother

Hey bud sorry what is the question here please my man?

Dead stop barbell row otherwise known as a Pendlay row. Haven’t done them in ages as I have a bad back but they’re decent. As Oscar said run it up. When it eventually gets too heavy that form is going switch to a full barbell row. Can also do it on the smith as another alternative.

Been a long day packing and getting all my work done. Packing for 10 days as a bodybuilder is stressful 😂 my suitcase is quite literally packed me half clothes and one half supplement and gear lol … and yes when you travel abroad I have all my jabs pre loaded and put them in a plastic Tupperware so they’re safe and put them in my suitcase. Done that for over 10 years and never ever had any problems
