    I drink bottled water but happy to prep meals with tap water. If I have enough bottled, I’ll use it but don’t stress yourself about that bud

    So got back yday from Creamfields. Was a very good weekend and last one of the year. I’m going away to Spain for a few more weeks in mid September, to set up camp, train and work. And I can’t wait. I love travelling and moving around a fair bit.

    This week I’m starting my new diet from cal, we’re pushing to around 6k kcal – will post it up as soon as I get it.

    Still sitting at 300 test, 750 primo, 6gh, 20 Lantus and 100T4 on my cycle to.

    If we have any updates there I’ll post them here too.

    Up in Liverpool this weekend for a festival – last one I’ll go to this year. Had such a good summer of letting my hair down and feeling ready to get back to it. Had a good session yday at the hotel gym which was the best hotel gym I’ve seen – they even had plate loaded kit!

    As far as travelling and training when away like this I liked to use supersets and drip sets to increase the volume and save time too.

    For me personally I eat what I want the day of and the day after the show. But this doesn’t mean I gorge and eat until I can’t eat anymore (I have done this though)… I tend to order different things and try bits of each rather that finish it all. I still train and I keep cardio in too as that allows for a little more food.

    Try after a few days to get back to structured eating and have 1-3 off plan meals a week. Lowering this as you feel you get that control back and have less desire to eat ‘off plan’

    Ok so ya boy feels back, had a few things going on recently that have made life in general a little harder. Won’t go into detail but things are looking up.

    I was finding it hard to find my groove and then this week I was just able to find it again. That level we find that allows us to do the shit that most other people can’t do.

    It felt so good getting back under 6 plates on the cybex hack. I think I should be able to run that up a good bit now I’ve found some better structure.

    Feeling better and In the groove 🙂

    Went shopping today. I don’t got often because I get alot of my food from the Transformation chef but I need to get all the other bits and bobs which is obv important like rice oats etc

    I had 30 mins on the cross trainer on wake

    Then Corinne and I have a sit down most mornings from 9.30 onwards to discuss where we are at with things – we have performance isolate dropping tomorrow and we have a clothing sale

    Friday we have soft launch of usa , we won’t make noise about it as allows us to work out some kinks and then proper launch next week

    Friday Corinne and I also have a 1-1 striking with a chap Called Ronnie Mann , he was a really decent fighter , we will be in with him 1-2 times a week for striking 1-1 . He was in bellator , and has had hands in U.K. guys ufc fight camps . I’m excited for Corinne to work with someone that understands her goals , as the kickboxing class we have been to the last couple Fridays have been a total joke , and won’t help her get anywhere at all.

    I know Ronnie, really nice guy and very good at what he does !!

    Probs not the answer you want but get strong at all movements you connect well with on quads in n the rep ranges 5-25/30 and you’ll deffo build them

    Had two pretty late sessions in a row for me, after 6pm both days which is a little to late for my liking, i am usually winding down and working by that time but have done a lot of traveling and catching up the on work and errands the last few days so its been the only option. It was just a CrossFit style workout today which was brutal but my fitness is definitely improving nicely.

    I couldn’t run 300m on the assault runner pro a few weeks back without having to stop at 150m due to my knees hurting and not being able to catch my breathe. Now i can do 600m flat out with no break and my knees are perfect.

    We move into a nice air b&b tomorrow to spend the last 2 weeks in before we head back to Dubai so will get an earlier session in and then move our things over there.

    I’m not sure I could even run on one of those things properly tbf 😂😂

    Had a busy day of check ins today – From a work perspective I’ve changed things around so I have a lot more check ins Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can have business building days on the other days allowing me to do other jobs that get my business moving forward. Looking to really push business now 🙏🔥
