    In for pull today. Slowly getting stronger which is really nice – I’m also going to switch from macros to a diet plan now too. As food gets higher I think it’s easier to set meals. And just get them in.

    Once it’s all set I’ll post it here and let you guys know 💪

    Superrr busy weekend as always and the heat was an absolute killer, I’m definitely looking forward to some colder nights that is for sure!

    Had client and friend over for the weekend as he is now 4 weeks out so wanted to see him in person and push him through a couple of sessions to ensure intensity was still there.

    Turned out to be some solid sessions!

    262lbs this morning and feeling every bit of it.. i have gone from 245 to 262 in just over 5 weeks just from food and training alone as i have been in my health phase 6 weeks now on 300mg test only so i am very fking happy with this especially as body comp isn’t too bad either.

    getting food in and having a poor appetite has been my biggest downfall for years but finally starting to nail it now.

    Yeah always start with shortened focus first. Because if you wait til the end you may not efficiently be able to get them short.

  • I think the question you could ask your self is: Do the benefits of the increase in time under tension benefit the outcome more in comparison to having less of a pause and more load?

    Some movements with a 1-2 sec pause you’ll drop alot more weight that others – so just think about each movement individually and ask the above question.

    So deffo feeling the effects of the cycle kicking in. I love this phase. As everything just feels easy and progression just comes without even thinking about it … obv it doesn’t last too long as your do eventually get closer to strength ceiling… but none the less getting noticeably every session 😊

    Travelling back to the uk today. Had a few days back in marbella again for a friends bday. Just been chilled for a couple days and back to the grind tomorrow. Was holding a steady 270 and climbing so excited to keep that pushing up

    Try and hit a minimum water amount per day that works for you. I do around 4-5L.

    Unless your having pints and pints of almond milk I really wouldn’t worry.

    Hey bud current split is push pull legs arms/delts. Usually do 2 on 1 off.

    I like that split with 2 days of work and the a full day off to rest and recover.

    You could also try melatonin at 5-10mg/day and of course dream sleep by JP. I find that combo to be very good.

    I’m taking a punt you’re an assisted athlete and more than likely using tren at this point as well as other fat burners/stims. These all hugely affect my ability to sleep.

    You’re getting 5-6 hours here which while isn’t 100% optimal, it’s not the end of the world. And given proximity to show and (likely) Ped usage I wouldn’t be too displeased.

    I’d sit here and say to work on sleep hygiene but if that’s already on lock then there’s not much else you can do tbh.

    People (myself included) have used pharmaceutical sleeping aids in the past but I wouldn’t suggest going done that route. Hope that helps bud.
