Current 1/4 turns sitting around 270lbs
Feeling in such a good place now, heads coming back, I’m looking forward to training again. Foods going in better. Cycle kicking in.

Hey man one thing I would say 100% is to focus on posing. Get as many sessions in as Goh can dude! It’s a huge part of competing that way to many dont place enough focus on!

Yeah man 100% – you can see from all the answers here were all in agreement here. I would slowly add carbs as you go, monitoring body composition and performance in the gym.

Good leg day today down at Cojos – it is very good to be baxk there training again. The kit and environment is just so good.

Standing single leg ham x 2
Leg press x 2
Leg ext x 1
Seated ham x 1Felt pretty strong tbf considering where things have been. But it’s slowly coming back now and I’m getting more and more into it.

You didn’t rate the gyms much? Yeah heard rent is outrageous there!
What’s you’re experience with Anadrol/TBol bro, when is the best time to use, rebound/gaining? And what dosages have you used at ?
Gyms are ok don’t get me wrong just not elite lol
Never used tbol so can’t comment. Anadrol is good for strength and can give short term size gains but it’s very hepatoxic so tbh I would avoid it bud. It’s a good tool to use for fullness pre show – only if legit peeled though or you’ll just look watery

I’ll usually up tel when we up gear or if BP gets a little higher than desired. And yes I usually take it in the am with my supps.
Yes after show drop all harsh compounds like tren etc and of course all orals. I’d usually advise to drop to a cruise and get bloods etc too

Yea lad 100% it’s just a different life man. It’s sunny, the restaurants are great, it’s just a nice place to be. The gyms are ok at best. Deffo
Nothing on what we have here. Well nothing on COJOs anyway 😂 but it’s made up for the face your in sunny Spain. People are nice and it’s a good environment to be in.Price wise it’s not cheap. Rent is extortionate at the port but you could easily be further out paying less if you have a car. It’s so good man!

Yessss Kiera I love this! I’ve done a bit of this style of training myself whilst I to have been in my little ‘in between’ period and Ngl I fucking love it! It’s hard af and provides a new challenge … and pain 😅 … I think because we strong and functionally able we transition well into the sport, it’s the endurance that will fry us initially. We should 100% get a session in at the Mecca 🔥👌

Diazepam is deffo not specifically for sleep – and it’s HIGHLY addictive so as ‘effective’ as it is. Do not get reliant there.
Dream sleep combined with sorting out your sleep hygiene is the best place to go !!

Last day in Marbs today – just about to head off to padel for an arms session. Then back to the apartment to film some content with George our videographer.
I’ve got all my content planned out and ready to shoot so I’m ready to smash it.
Back for the first time in a month tomorrow and kinda looking forward to getting back to my house 🙂

Hey buddy – I would always favour primo over a nandrolone as you won’t have any prolactin issues with primo and you can run at a much higher dosage with no sides compared to NPP. We basically pulled tren, and all orals. And then keep high mast and test for my own cycle.
